Could Obama Be More Out Of Touch With America?
President Obama just returned from his Hawaii vacation where he spent approximately $1 million to relax after the pressure of the lame duck session of Congress.
He has not been back into the White House that long and has to face the bailing of his Press Secretary, Robert “Family Guy” Gibbs handing in his resignation.
Sure that the highly dedicated Gibbs will not be going anywhere far from his mentor and Supreme Being Obama, but the President mentioned, in his farewell remarks to Gibbs, that he was grateful for the work Gibbs had done considering his “relatively modest pay.”
Ok, Robert Gibbs salary amounts to $172,200 annually, in the opinion of this common American not a modest salary in the least.
Of course for Obama, used to million dollars income, $172,200 must look like chump change, but for the rest of us, average Americans with average salaries of $55,000, Gibbs salary is everything but modest.
My issue is not about the compensation Gibbs received, but with the lack of touch of this President from the people who is allegedly supposed to be serving.
I wonder how “modest” that amount is for the millions of Americans on unemployment insurance, regardless of what the Pelosi woman may say.
And I wonder how that salary compares with the salary of some of the Blacks who still to this day maintain that Obama is “their President.”
But, on the other hand, I would not expect anything less from Obama, who is definitely incapable to understand the reality of earning a living.
Nor is his wife, whose unnecessary job at some Chicago hospital saw a doubling of her salary to over $300,000 the moment that her husband was elected as a US Senator in Illinois.
Her job was so worth the salary that once she left it on the road to the White House, the hospital never replaced her.
On further thought, it has already been demonstrated by the Obamas that they not only do not have a clue about the realities of the dichotomy of "work" and "retribution" (outside of taking ever increasing taxes away) as experienced by the American people, but they are also absolutely careless about the image that they portray in their actions, being the golf outing every week or the lavish Spanish summer vacation. They just do not care.
And they do not care because they are supported by an entitlement crazed section of the population that is oblivious of the true significance of their action as long as they can get some government subsidy.
What is left is a nation lead by an individual in the White House who has no regard for the significance of his position.

Stepping In Dog Poop Prepared Me For This Post
It is highly unusual for me to even mention the name, let alone address the crap that comes out of this moron’s mouth. So I was very happy to step in some dog poop couple of days back, because addressing my soiled shoe prepared me to address Joy Behar statement about the U.S. Constitution.
I guess this idiot has a TV talk show…ok, stop laughing, I am serious!
She was supposedly addressing a panel of “experts” among which that pinnacle of subversive liberal progressivism Bill Press.
Ok so at that moment, the three “panelists” and the three losers who actually watch the battleaxe spewing her venom just doubled her audience, but I digress.
Addressing the intention of the newly elected GOP majority in the House to read the US Constitution at the beginning of their first day, Behar gave her audience this nugget of wisdom.
“Do you think this Constitution-loving is getting out of hand?”
A rhetorical question that Bill Press proceeded to mumble one of his idiotic answers.
But I want to address Ms. Behar and her question.
I do not believe that the action of the 112th Congress in reading the Constitution can be labeled as “getting out of hand” because that document is the basis of our representative republic.
I will let you look that up later, Ms. Behar.
I also do not believe that, as I took the oath of Citizenship and swore to protect the Constitution, my love for the country that your lazy ass takes so much for granted, was getting out of hand.
I definitely do not believe that the men and women who have volunteered to wear the uniform of the United States Armed Forces would consider any level of “Constitution-loving” as out of hand, especially when their service and duty and devotion to the Nation and the Constitution has forced them to endure sacrifices that the whaling Behar could not even imagine in her worst nightmares.
And I certainly find her idiocy highly offensive in view of the ultimate sacrifice that so many of these men and women and their families have made so that this piece of rotting lard still has the right to spit on their resting places.
And let us not forget those law enforcement officers who also swear their allegiance to serve and protect that Constitution and safeguard the rights that the old piece of parchment outlines, at time at great personal risk and sacrifice.
Ultimately, Constitution-loving could NEVER get out of hand, because the provisions of that antiquated set of words is the only thing that has distinguished the United States from every other so-called country in the world.

Good Will Move Toward Enemies Is Rewarded

This is the picture of the secret stealth fighter plane released by Chinese News agency, just before Secretary of Defense Robert Gates is to visit China in the attempt to "fix" diplomatic relations.
I was not aware that there was anything to be fixed, considering that appeasement has been our policy and our enemies have been more than facilitated in their actions against our country.
And it is ironic that the picture of the aircraft, which looks eerily like our F-22 Raptor, was published just before Gate's visit, considering that he was a big supporter of the reduction of production for the Raptor.
But there is nothing to see here. We reduce production of our best aircraft just as our enemies ramp up their technology. We ratify a treaty aimed at making the United States more vulnerable to nuclear attacks from rogue nations or even our traditional enemy, Russia.
But again, there nothing to see here because our leadership is on the case and we can sleep well at night, because the way to security, as history teach us, is that of appeasement toward our sworn enemies. And we shall be rewarded for it.

Apologies Accepted, GSgt. Ermey
Gunny Ermey, one of the most popular Marines of today, made the headlines when he had a political outburst at a Toys for Tots ceremony last month.
All the good Gunny said was what many Americans actually feel these days, but in his public figure capacity, he stirred a lot of controversy.
So, in order to appease the lunatics and continue to do his work in support of our Armed Forces, R. Lee Ermey issued an apology:
Some may be twitching their noses at the apology, maybe thinking that the Gunny sort of caved in the face of controversy, and some may feel that the apology is based on pressure that the insurance company Geico, for which Ermey is an advertisement icon, may have placed on him.A Message from the Gunny
“I recently appeared at a fundraising event designed to collect toys and raise awareness for underprivileged children. While that event succeeded in raising thousands of dollars and hundreds of toys for this cause, I regret that I delivered a monologue that was inappropriately critical of the President. I was trying to be entertaining and simply went too far in this instance. I am mindful that my success as an entertainer relates in part to my experience in the Marine Corps, my devotion to its members, and the deep respect I have for members of all our Armed Forces. My comments should not be seen as reflecting on them or their views. I was just very disappointed in the amount of success that we were having raising toys and money for the underprivileged children this season. The poor economy has greatly hampered our efforts. My comments were misguided, and emotionally based, and for that I am truly sorry.”
Semper Fi
Personally, I accept the apology because in it, Gunny Ermey did not backtrack from what he said, just acknowledged that he should have not made that statement at that time.
All the Gunny expressed was his frustration with an economic situation that has created havoc nationwide. We are treated every day with the crap spewing out the garbage mouths of caricatures like Kathy Griffin and Rosie O'Donnell, and they are hailed as pure expressions of First Amendment rights, but when the direction is reversed, every liberal nutcase is ready to cry about how "offended" they are.
If the apology allows Ermey to continue his work and his efforts on behalf of the American Armed Forces, than I wholeheartedly "accept" his apology.

Obama Disastrous Energy Policy. Or Is It!
The explosion, sinking and subsequent oil spill of 2010 in the Gulf of Mexico, fitted perfectly with the overall energy policy of the White House.
On the surface, the April 20 2010 disaster of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig was a negative mark on Obama's presidency on so many levels: from response time to the President's lack of action in accepting aid from other countries.
The reality of things is that even after the American public was bombarded with images of the underwater gushing of crude, the actual extent of the spill still remains somewhat of a mystery, as the oil appears to have disappeared.
Also real was the immediate, and opportunistic step to issue a ban on all oil drilling, citing the potential danger for similar disasters.
And the fact that the government had allowed the very same oil rig to waive some of the safety procedures was quickly swept under the carpet by the media.
The banning on all drilling was met by protestations from many directions: Louisiana's Governor Bobby Jindal was one of the most vocal, mentioning that the ban would have a devastating impact on the local economy.
It has now been more than two months since the ban was lifted, but records show that the Dept. of Energy is dragging its feet in issuing new permits for oil companies to start drilling in areas where they have had leases granted. Large oil companies are marginally affected, as their attention is directed at other zones of exploration, but smaller oil companies are not able to weather the storm without laying off thousands of employees.
According to government predictions last September, 8,000 to 12,000 people could lose their jobs. If the Obama administration puts out such number, we can be sure that the actual number is close to double.
To add insult to injury, the Gulf of Mexico will see oil exploration from just about every other nation, including China. And we are all aware of the great importance China places on safety!
Moreover, Obama was quick in guaranteeing billions of dollars loans for Brazil's offshore drilling operations, showing that it is not an ideological position Obama holds against oil drilling, but more an opposition to the United States moving toward energy independence.
So is the President's energy policy just a disaster, or is it a win-win situation for him?
I hate to see conspiracy in my government, but I see nothing less in the actions of the White House.
In the first place, Obama is sparking a little of the old enthusiasm among the environmental terrorists that helped him getting elected. These terrorists, in fact, have hailed the DoE slowness in granting new permits as the right thing to do. With the current rate of action, more like inaction, on the part of the DoE, new oil drilling will not resume before the latest part of 2011 or even 2012 (of course, Presidential election year!)
Secondly, remaining dependent on foreign oil, especially Obama's good friends the Saudis, will continue to create enormous revenues for others at the expenses of the American taxpayers. The excuse of creating a demand for foreign oil will allow the government to impose ever increasing taxes and energy consumption. Obama himself stated that he wants the price of gasoline to go up to $6-$7 per gallon.
Lastly, making fuel prices unaffordable for people, will cause the migration of people out of the suburbs back into the cities where most of jobs are and where the government can keep a more vigilant eye over the population.
This was the strategy used by Stalin during the Russian Industrial Revolution. Stalin achieved his goal by force, Obama wants to achieve it by strangling the ability of the people to live their lives the way they see fit.

Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser: Ther True Voice Of Moderate Islam
The following is an article written by M. Zuhdi Jasser MD. and founder and president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy info@aifdemocracy.org and the true voice of moderate Islam.

If 2010 was the year America finally woke up to political Islam's nefarious reach on US soil, with luck 2011 will be the year we launch an offensive against it. One way to begin that process is through hearings that Rep. Peter King (R-NY), the new chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, plans to hold on American Muslim radicalization.
Attention to this issue offers an opportunity for American Muslims to confront the radicalization problem and provide solutions -- as only they can.
My group, the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, believes these hearings will shed light on the diversity of American Muslims, giving our community a chance to step from behind the veil of Muslim victimization and address head-on the need for long-overdue ideological reforms.
Alas, the announcement of the hearings has triggered heated denunciations by groups like ISNA, CAIR and MPAC, which try to deny and obfuscate the connection between "political Islam," or Islamism, and terror.
This year, the debate on the development of the Ground Zero mosque brought the discussion of political Islam to the front page of every newspaper. While raucous at times, it provided an opportunity for Muslims who don't toe the line of American Islamist organizations to present an alternative vision for American Muslims -- one based in American values and Muslim reform.
Unfortunately, political correctness still too often dominates incidents involving Islamists. This year, the Pentagon released a report on Maj. Nidal Hasan's Fort Hood attack, titled "Protecting the Force: Lessons from Fort Hood." The report was intended to convey to military commanders whatever lessons were learned from the incident, so as to prevent similar attacks in the future. Yet it never mentioned the word Islam or Muslim. Nowhere to be found was any dissection of Hasan's slide into militant Islamism or of his relationship with his homegrown jihadist mentor, Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki.
Meanwhile, President Obama and Mayor Bloomberg used the Ground Zero mosque controversy to tell the more than 70 percent of Americans who oppose the mosque that they were either wrong or confused. Discourse over recent arrests of jihadists in Portland and Baltimore focused on Islamist claims of FBI entrapment, rather than overdue introspection and calls for reform. Worries of Muslim victimization still rule the day.
Our national inability to discuss religious issues honestly is keeping American Muslims from having to accept the reforms needed to defeat political Islam and bring our faith into modernity. The victimization mantra feeds more Muslim isolation and radicalization.
A recent global study by the Pew Research Center showed that Muslims are aligning themselves more and more with Islamism. Of course, most major American Muslim groups, such ISNA, CAIR and MPAC, were built on some strand of that ideology. But knowing where most American Muslims fall in the spectrum of Islamism-vs.-liberalism, as King hopes to find out in his hearings, would be a key step toward counterradicalization.
The fact is, we can't go into 2011 without a discernable strategy on how to defeat Islamist radicalization. House hearings on Muslim radicalization would only be the first step toward finally crafting a US offensive against political Islam.
Again, only liberty-minded Muslims working from within Muslim communities can counter the narrative of Muslim victimization. But America needs to be unashamed of taking the side of those Muslims who advocate reform against political Islam.
In 2011, more Americans need to understand that jihadism is a natural by-product of a political Islam that is incompatible with Western secular democracies based in liberty. America is at war with theocratic Muslim despots who seek the imposition of sharia and don't believe in the equality of all before the law, blind to faith. They detest the association of religious freedom with liberty.
We need a coordinated national strategy of offense that gives Muslim youth an Islamic counternarrative, that defends liberty and that separates mosque and state.
The idea of the Islamic state must be left for history. It is time to help usher in a modern era for Islam and Muslims. Our national security depends on it.
(M. Zuhdi Jasser, a physician and a former US Navy lieutenant commander, is the founder and president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy)
Dr. Jasser has appeared on Fox News often, delivering his message of moderation and, most of all, his message as an American of Muslim faith. He is the voice that the government should listen to, the expertise that should be engaged as we combat radical Islam as a society.

Religion Of Peace Attacks Against Christians: This Is The Tolerance We Can Expect
As the Coptic Christian worshipers were leaving the church after the New Year services in Alexandria, Egypt, a car bomb exploded just in front of the building, killing seven and injuring scores of others.
It is unclear, at this time, if the car had been wired to explode or if the explosive had been placed under the parked vehicle. And no claim for the attack has been made by any specific group.
Well, this is the tolerance we can expect from Islam. Today it manifests itself in Egypt, or Iraq or Somalia, but, gone unchecked, it will soon show up within our borders.
Attacks against Christians in Islamic predominant countries appear to be on the rise. This latest attack will, most likely, be forgotten as the complacent Egyptian authorities blame the ever convenient al Qaeda for the attack without providing details for their accusations.
Blaming the terror group is just a way for the Egyptian government to derail attention toward the clear sectarian fighting that exists in that country.
I am still waiting for moderate Muslims in the United States to come out in protestation against these acts. Where is the self-proclaimed prophet of Islamic moderation Feisal Rauf?
Oh wait, I forgot. He is getting ready to tour America to bring attention to the islamophobic intolerance of the American people toward the religion of peace.
Surely, during his touring of those bastions of radicalism like Harvard and Yale, he will be quick to address the intolerance of those Christians who, after the bombing on New Year's Eve, in anger stormed a nearby mosque. Those are the real intolerant folks!
But luckily, here in the United States, we have pillars of knowledge like Katie Couric. She had one of those revelations that make her so "unique" as a stooge.
According to the perky one, there should be a television version of the "Cosby Show" dedicated to Muslims. The reasoning, if one can call it such, is that there is a "seething hatred" for Muslims in America.
In the first place, I find offensive the insinuation that, up to the time the Cosby Show hit the airways, there was a seething hatred for blacks. I used to watch that show because it was a good show, with a really funny actor and a show that promoted family unity and personal responsibility. Not because it represented some sort of "window" into Black culture.
Secondly, the "seething hatred" for Muslims described by Couric is in fact a reflection of her own racism. She is nothing more than another feel-good elitist who likes to point accusatory fingers at the American people from her self-imagined ivory tower.
I, on the other hand, and many like me, realize that if such "seething hatred" really existed, the body count of anti-Muslim crime would be astronomical as a reaction to the 9-11-01 attacks.
Instead, statistics show that so called hate crimes have increased, but that the majority of them have been perpetrated against Jews.
In New York alone, the recently published report on hate crimes for 2009 showed a 14% increase. Hate crime against Jews increased by 15% and for that year, 251 crimes against Jews were reported versus 11 against Muslims.
How is that for "seething hatred", Katie? How is that for intolerance, Rauf?
The average American, the type so loathed by people like Couric and Rauf, only holds hatred against those radical Muslims who are ready to slaughter innocent people. But this is a concept that the elitist crowd does not grasp, because in their eyes there is no innocent people in America outside of some penthouses in Manhattan or some mansions in Hollywood.
The people slaughtered in Egypt, or Baghdad or Somalia were only guilty of professing their religion. They were targeted for that reason only, showing that when mentioning "seething hatred" or "religious intolerance" such attributes should be segregated only for our friends, the radical Islamists.
