Finally Troop Decision On Afghanistan!
Finally there is some good news regarding the Afghanistan decision that Obama has been taking his sweet time making. It appears that on Tuesday the President will announce the call for troop increase that McChrystal requested, or at lease the majority of it.
Gen. McChrystal had requested 40,000 additional troops some months ago and it has been suggested that Obama will call for a surge of 30,000-35,000, starting with 9,000 Marines to be added to the 10,000 already in the Helmand Province, the area where the Taliban is most active due to the poppy seed crops.
It is my hope that the deployment of the additional Marines has been already put in motion, so that their augmentation of the existing force may be accomplished in short order.
The remainder of the troop increase, speculations are made, will be accomplished on a time table that has not been defined as of yet.
Again it is my hope that the time-table will be a short one, as I believe that the best possible course of action is to surge quickly as the enemy hibernates for the winter and is not expecting an offensive. This is also the opinion of Arizona senator Jon Kyl.
I do, though, have some deep issues with this whole thing.
As I wrote earlier, the dragging of feet done by the Administration still remains a major point of dissatisfaction for me, but at least it appears that finally a decision will be made.
Another point of contention for me is the arrogance that Obama is showing, arrogance that was enunciated by the Indiana Democrat Senator Evan Bayh on Fox News Sunday. According to the senator, Obama is putting the trust in Sec. of Defense Robert Gates. According to Bayh, Obama and Gates are showing some deference to McChrystal and the other field commanders, but that the general’s was only a recommendation and not the Ten Commandments.
So let me see if I get this right. The field commanders request 40,000 troops, Obama calls for about 35,000 to make sure that he sends the message to McChrystal that he, the One, is in charge, as if Obama wants to thumb his nose to the general by shortening the surge by two brigades or so. Again according to Bayh, the difference in numbers will be made up by NATO troops (I believe it when I see it!)
And incredibly enough, Liberal traitors like Sen. Carl Levin D-Mich, Rep. David Obey D-Mich and Sen. Bernie Sanders I-Vt, are discussing the funding of the war. This really blows my mind!
With all the pork spending and waste of taxpayers’ money this Congress and Administration have been doing for the last year, with all the debt the corrupted politicians have dumped on the American working people, these corrupted politicians are complaining about providing our Military what is necessary to succeed in Afghanistan. The Liberals in Congress are so hungry for taxation that they are suggesting a war tax to fund the war. They call for the “rich” to be burdened with additional taxes to pay for our men and women in uniform, while literally stealing the hard earned money of the average American.
And who are the “rich” they are targeting? Considering the current state of unemployment, the massive entitlements, the health care reform disaster looming, it appears that who is left in the “rich” category is any American with a job.
Still I am a little more confident that our Military will actually receive the additional reinforcements that they need. I am a little more confident that Obama is not leaving our men and women in harm’s way out to dry in the deserts and mountains of Afghanistan. My only hope, at this time, is that the surge will be quick and determined, so that we can catch the enemy off guard and really make a positive step toward a victorious solution of the conflict.
Yes Mr. President, I realize that the word “victory” is uncomfortable for you when it comes to our Military, but this Marine father wants our country, our deployed loved ones to be victorious.
Call me extremist!

Charging Navy Seals?!
What the hell is going on? To what extent is today’s America going to be tolerant of outrageous behavior against our Military?
I read that three members of the elite Navy Seals are going to undergo court martial proceedings for an incident related to the capture of one of Iraq’s most wanted terrorist, some Ahmed Hashim Abed who was responsible for the killing and mutilation of four Blackwater contractors in Fellujah in 2004.
According to the reports, said Ahmed complained to some officer about a bloody lip that the accused “allegedly” gave him after being captured. Charges also include making false statements.
So three American Heroes nab this piece of shit, and instead of being thankful that they did not terminally ventilate the bastard, he accused them to give him a bloody lip.
What gives me hope is the response that the three Seals have given to the shit-for-brain officer who was going to give them an admiral mast – a non-judicial punishment which would have terminated their careers – and instead they requested a court martial.
At this point I am expecting any minute for Dick Durbin or John Murtha to grab the closest microphone and spew their invective against our Military, calling them blood thirsty and reminiscing of the Gestapo. Maybe compare them to Sheik Mohammed.
Or maybe the Seals will be compared to Hasan and their actions be used to apologize for what the terrorist did in Ft. Hood.
After all the American Military and the American way of life is to be apologized for, in the name of Political Correctness.
Sharpening my pitchfork!

Told You So!
When I wrote not too long ago about Obama putting America on trial, I was not trying to be controversial or a conspirator, but just using my God given gift of common sense.
And Obama is delivering the bully pulpit to those who have the blood of 3,000 innocent American on their hands, to spew their poisonous Islamic propaganda.
In fact the lawyer for one of the terrorists Obama and Holder want to bring to New York has basically confirmed what many Americans are fearing.
Scott Fenstermaker, attorney for Ali al-Aziz declared in a press conference that his client will plead not guilty, but at the same time will not deny his role in the 9-11-01 attacks on America. All they are seeking is to explain what happened and why they did it.
So here it is: Obama, and his boy Holder, are going to facilitate, at American tax payers’ cost, the enemies of America to use our Judicial system, at least what is left of it, to put America and our ideals and principles on trial. By the time this travesty will be over, there will be a large number of mindless Liberals in America (the very same moronic, ignorant idiots who voted for him) who will take the side of the terrorists, who will take up an apologetic stance for the terrorists. and from there to acquittal the step will be a short one.
That’s what this disgrace of a President is bringing our beloved Nation to. And all you Liberals will be the first sacrificial lambs of this Fascist take over.

When President Obama visited the Dover air base where flag draped coffins of KIAs from Iraq and Afghanistan arrive on their final journey home, the Media went on a self imposed orgasm over the compassion the Thug-in-Chief was showing for the American Military and its sacrifice. Of course what was hidden, if shown at all, was the small detail that the man's PR cronies had organized the whole thing as a photo op for a President who has repeatedly shown very little interest in guiding or backing the US Military.
On November 19, during his Asia world tour, Obama visited a base in S. Korea, where he actually told 1,500 troops assembled that they made a pretty good photo op.
So here is the actual admission from this poor excuse for a Commander-in-Chief of the only use he has for our men and women in uniform.
All the while there are 100,000 troops sitting in Iraq, practically idle, and no decision on the troop surge has been made for Afghanistan until the Turkey-in-Chief has his own turkey dinner.

Highest Paid Whore
There is a new highest paid whore in Washington. I know what you are thinking: how can you tell in Washington?
But yet, Louisiana senator Mary Landrieu, a Dem of course, who has been strong arming the cadaver Harry Reid on the Health Care bill.
As the disaster that this bill is would have no chance of getting anywhere without the support of the fabulous Landrieu, Reid amended the bill with another travesty clause that, the Congressional Budget Office, price tags at $100 Million. The amendment, in its usual obscure language, is clearly dedicated to benefit only one state of the Union: Louisiana.
So, good old Mary Landrieu, who is up for re-election in 2010, will be able to claim this robbery of American working people money as a victory for her constituency and probably be re-elected by the ignorant hoards of her state.
And for all of you who still believe that your Obama and your Liberal champions of Congress are there to give you free health care, you will soon find out, if this disastrous bill passes, how much more expensive for you free health care will be.

Now I Get It!
The Senate Health Care Reform bill is re-introducing a 5% tax on Botox! (actually is a sur-tax on elective cosmetic surgery, but the Botox angle fits my point)
So now I understand how Obama is planning to pay for this disaster: make it retroactive and hit Pelosi. Funding solved!

Pardon the Turkey
I actually lost count of the number of weeks wasted by Obama inaction regarding General Stanley McChrystal report on Afghanistan.
The general has requested an additional 40,000 troops to be sent to that theater of operation as the only way to avoid losing the war in Afghanistan.
On his part Obama has been stalling any decision on the matter, excusing his complete inaction by stating that such a commitment of troops is deserving of proper analysis and ponder.
Ok, let me, for a moment, give the man the benefit of the doubt. Let’s consider the weight of the decision being such that he wants to get as much debate possible. If I am faced with such a burden, I tend to concentrate on the task and find a solution for it, or at least make a decision according to the best possible information I can get.
So in my opinion, with the life of so many Military personnel in the ballot, with the outcome of the entire Military campaign up for grab and the prestige of an entire country on the line, everything else would take second place.
And as far as getting the best possible counsel, who could provide Obama with more educated opinions than people who really have experience and knowledge of Military affairs, people the like of Sec. Gates, Admiral Mullen, Gen. Patraeus and Gen McChrystal. These should be the main actors in the matter’s debate.
On the same subject, I definitely do not accept nor consider the opinions of people like Emanuel and Axelrod as even deserving any mention, including the opinions of Pelosi or Reid or Durbin or Kerry. I wish I could tell these people in their faces that I have more confidence and respect for Saddam Hussein than I have in them.
But the reality of things is that President Obama does not care much for what happens to Afghanistan and our troops. The delay tactics Obama is using are straight out of the same Liberal play book that has created so much pain for the American Military and their families. Dating back to the Carter disaster and the Clinton regime and continuing today under the Liberal regime of Obama, the handling of terrorism and how the US Military should be involved in that fight, the Democrats are notoriously and consistently adverse to the security of the country.
Gone are the days when FDR and Harry Truman took painful interest in the vicissitudes of our people in uniform, making hard and hurtful decisions for the strategic purpose of ultimately limiting casualties.
Carter allowed American citizens be held hostage for 444 days in Teheran, only managing to send some poor Special Forces members on a doomed suicidal rescue attempt.
Clinton refused to recognize that the attacks against American interests throughout the time of his abuse of the Office was an all out war our country was involved in, including the treatment of the first attack against the WTC as a law enforcement issue.
And today we have an absolutely uninterested individual in Office, whose only goal is to increase his own personal power and facilitate the take over of the whole country on the part of the corrupted, criminal cronies that put him where he is.
As a candidate, Obama kept on harping on the “Iraq is the bad war” and “Afghanistan is the good war” in order to score points with those Americans suffering from the Bush Derangement Syndrome.
He was going to pull the troops out of Iraq, ending the governmental distraction of that “bad” war while concentrating on a winning strategy in Afghanistan.
Well, as someone else already told Obama, HE LIED!
Today we still have 100,000 troops in Iraq, basically babysitting the Iraqi security forces, mostly relegated to remote bases away from urban areas.
Today we have 68,000 troops in Afghanistan and a theater Commander, who was selected by Obama, requesting 40,000 additional troops to accomplish the mission his Commander-in-Chief assigned him.
And what is Obama response? I don’t want to rush into a hasty decision.
That is very true, as I understand it. Making what his Majesty would call a “hasty decision” does not fit the political agenda for himself and the other Liberal fools in Congress.
The entire House and 1/3 of the Senate is up for re-election in November 2010. Obama will not make a decision until he gets some of his disastrous agenda through Congress and up the American people collective rear ends. Once the financial/health care/fiscal destruction of the United States of America will be achieved, then Obama will decide for the withdrawal of the troops from Afghanistan and Iraq, bringing thousands of Military personnel back to a Nation in financial ruin, making these Veterans immediately dependent on the federal government.
The way I see it, the US Military is what Obama and his cronies see as the most imminent threat to their regime. These are men and women who have volunteered to put their lives on the line for their country and are not going to be too happy about their country being destroyed from within.
So Obama will again postpone any decision about Afghanistan until he has had the chance to impart the Presidential pardon to the traditional turkey and after he will enjoy his own turkey, the one that he is free to eat thanks to the blood and sacrifice of those in uniform who he so disgustingly continues to ignore and use as political pawns.
And these are my thoughts!

Oprah's New Venture
Yesterday Oprah Winfrey announced that she is closing the show in 2011 after 25 years on the air. The announcement triggered the expected onslaught of Media coverage and all kind of suppositions about why she reached her decision.
Not to be left out from this riveting news break, I decided to actually give this issue some thought, so here it is.
It is not a coincidence that the year she chose was 2011. She has already been part of the Obama plantation since the moment that the man decided to run for President. It is not also a coincidence that she is based in Chicago, so the inter vining between her and Obama must go much further back.
It is my conclusion that she will become a much more relevant part of Obama re-election effort for 2012. And it would not be a surprise for me to hear that if the man is re-elected, that the Oprah could replace Hillary as Secretary of State. by the time the 2012 Presidential campaign gets on its way (with the exception of Obama who has never stopped campaigning) Clinton will be at major odds with her boss, as she ponders over the possibility of actually run against the One.
Now that I have wasted my time, and yours, with an actual post about Oprah Winfrey, I apologize and move on.

Obama Puts America On Trial
President Obama is finally and openly placing America on trial in the face of the world.
Via his disgustingly corrupted Attorney General Eric Holder, Obama has ordered the transfer of Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and four other conspirators of the 9-11-01 attacks that killed 3,000 Americans, to a detention facility not too far from the hole in the ground they masterminded and are responsible for. The purpose of the transfer is so that the terrorists may be tried for their crime in US court.
AG Holder coordinated his announcement to the American Press until his boss was on the other side of the globe in Asia, a common modus operandi of this Administration, so that Obama is not to endure the onslaught of American indignation.
So what does this move on the part of the Obama regime mean?
The true meaning of this move is to put America on trial for all the evil perpetrated against the rest of the world for the last 233 years, judging it responsible for all the problems and gripes of every two-bit terrorist and dictator and ultimately for the worst attacks our country has suffered in its history.
What the circus trial in New York will give the American people is the chance for a multitude of anti-American personalities to use the mockery of the American Judicial System to advance the notion and belief that it is about time our Nation is held responsible for the actions of its people and leaders, mainly the American Christians and George Bush and Dick Cheney.
By the time the farce will be over, which it will probably be years of American taxpayers’ money wasted, the indictment will shift from Sheikh Mohammad to Bush, from al Qaeda to the CIA, from the Taliban to the American Military.
Celebrating the decision are the usual suspects: the ACLU.
Pragmatically, anything the ACLU is in favor raises the suspicions of any common sense American, but in this case the approval of the ACLU was to be expected, because this is a golden opportunity for this conglomeration of anti-American community activists, pun intended, to make real advances in turning America into a heaven for radicals and progressives.
Taking down and destroying the institutions and principles that are so dear to Americans has been a goal of the American Left for decades. And on November 2, 2008, it was the
misguided American people who gave the green light to Barak Hussein Obama to facilitate the Left raise to power, absolute power.
And Obama has been delivering with amazing consistency.
So today is the beginning of the trial of the Left/Terrorism vs. America.
What is the Obama/Holder judicial system wishing to accomplish with this mockery of America? Simply put, the tearing down of the principles of a whole country. Anyone who believes that the death penalty will be imposed upon the terrorists better wake up and smell the proverbial coffee. Anyone who believes that the point of this trial is to impose American justice on the terrorists is just as misguided as those who voted for the Thug in Chief.
The point of this trial is for the current Administration and the Congressional leadership to downgrade the country in the eyes of the world, pursuing the ideology that American Exceptionalism is ill founded in the history of our country. It will be the way to hammer the final nail in the coffin of our intelligence apparatus, destroying our espionage network and replacing it with a federal entity the like of the KGB (read OFA).
The trial will, by inherited virtue of civil trials, divulge information that has been vital for the protection of the country in the last eight years and by default permanently compromise procedures and personnel that count on their anonymity to be most effective and remain alive.
And when our enemy will strike at us again, and it is a ‘when’ not an ‘if’, because our ability to prevent it has been all but curtailed, that will be the time when the final take over will occur as Obama will take the opportunity to suspend our Constitution in the name of national security.
That is when the American people will only have one recourse left.
These are the changes 52% of Americans and ACORN imposed on the rest of America. Hope you are happy.

Back To Square One
So the Afghanistan issue keeps on staying in Limbo as Obama embarks on a nine day trip in Asia, leaving the White House without having made any decision on the conduct of the war in that far country.
Here he goes again, gallivanting around the globe while the Military commanders remain waiting for some direction from their Commander in Chief. Ain't this guy great!?
Even more disturbing is his refusal of any of the strategies that have been presented to him so far. He made his non-decision public just as he was boarding Air Force One.
What this means is that any strategy formulation thus far is going to be discarded and that the country is back to square one. The three months gone by since McChrystal's report gone down the drain and nothing in sight to replace it. Ain't this guy great!?
What it is becoming painfully obvious is that the decision in Afghanistan remains a big pain in the Thug-in-Chief rear end, not because he is uncomfortable with the issue, but because it remains a distraction for him, demonstrating his wishing that the pesky troops would just go away with the whole Afghanistan things.
What is also becoming clear is that the guy that had declared the Afghanistan war to be the good and necessary war when campaigning, is today more interested in sweeping the whole thing under the rug, unless it becomes an exploitable campaigning issue.
I hate to make predictions because I hate to be wrong and, in cases like this, I hate even more to be right, but i predict that America will not be seeing a decision from this fraud of a President for many months to come. He will use every excuse he can spin, he will use the Media, he will use his cronies, to delay a decision until the bottom feeders of his administration (Emanuel and Axelrod come to mind) will be able to identify the most politically profitable way to handle the war.
In the mind of this really bad choice of a President, the only thing that really counts is his own personal power grab and if that involves or is facilitated by some insignificant soldier's life, so be it.
And these are my thoughts!

Happy Veteran's Day!
What a difference a year makes! Last year, at this time, the family was preparing for one of the happiest days of our lives, my daughter’s wedding. Sure the tension was high and so was the excitement as the day approached.
In preparing my toast to the couple, I wanted to make sure that I included my heartfelt sense of gratitude to all those who served in the Military. I planned to have all of them stand up and be recognized for serving our country.
Now Veteran’s Day is upon us again. It feels almost incredible to me that a year has already gone by and reflecting on the events that have characterized the last 12 months, a lot has happened.
As I prepare mentally to honor the Veterans this day, I cannot help but thinking that a year after I toasted the Veterans at my daughter’s wedding, my son would be sitting in the sands of Afghanistan, that his wife would be home with a six month old little boy and missing him, that our family would be so directly affected by world events.
It is a good thing that we do not know the future, because if we did we would not enjoy our present.
It is only fitting that the American people would celebrate this day, specifically dedicated to all those who over the history of our beloved country, have had the courage and selflessness to wear that uniform, to sign that contract, to endure those sacrifices.
There are those Veterans who were drafted into service and yet they served with honor and bravery. And then there are those who have volunteered to practically put their civilian lives on hold for the purpose to defend the ideals that have made America the greatest nation on the planet.
I think of the WWI Veterans, who endured the brutal reality of trench warfare in Europe. For most of them it was the first time they had left the comfort of their hometowns and their families, to go fight a war in a far away land.
I think of the WWII Veterans, who sadly are leaving us at a devastating pace. The horrors and brutality of the bloodiest conflict in human history were their companions for years.
From Pearl Harbor to Normandy, from Tarawa to Okinawa they endured and won. They fought in the sands of North Africa and the unforgiving mud of the Italian campaign, from the jungles of Guadalcanal to the volcanic beaches of Iwo Jima, they endured the crippling cold of Bastogne and the disgust of discovering the Nazi extermination camps.
And they came home heralded as the Great Generation.
I think of the Korean War Veterans, survivors of a war that was not considered a war. The Forgotten War. But for the survivors of the Chosin Reservoir battle, the Inchon landing and the unforgiving onslaught of Chinese troops, the memories are still there and will remain for ever. Just as they will remain for the families of those who never made it back. We should ask them if that conflict was not a war. We should ask them if they forgot.
I think of the Vietnam Veterans, the group that would be most justified to have a gripe against the Nation that rejected them. These Veterans bled and died in the heat and cold of Vietnam, enduring atrocious ground conditions and most of all an enemy who was as brutal as it was determined. Many of these Veterans came home scarred, both physically and emotionally, only to be greeted by an unappreciative country, by a society that refused to recognize their sacrifices, a society that was misdirected by a pervading sense of anti-Americanism. And Veterans were the target of those sentiments. They were defeated by a corrupted political agenda, but never on the battlefield.
And yet, all the Vietnam Veterans I know, every single one of them, are the most patriotic people I have met. Their love for the country is unmatched and their determination in the fight against the possibility of what happened to them to be repeated with our current Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan is absolutely an incredible source of inspiration for me.
I think of the Veterans that came after the draft was abolished. An all volunteer force that stepped up, and continues to do so today, to put on that uniform and to serve their country with honor and sacrifice.
This breed of worriers excelled in the liberation of Kuwait, only to be stopped too soon by politics.
This breed of Americans rushed to the defense of America following the 9-11-01 attacks, eager to put their lives on the line to right a wrong that was done against their country.
This breed, who liberated the people of Iraq, and surrounding nations, from the danger of a mad man like Saddam Hussein and today continues to sacrifice for the safety of America and the future of unknown people in Afghanistan.
And I think of all those who served in the US Armed Forces during the time when no major conflict was grabbing the attention of the American people.
Those stationed in Europe during the Cold War, when at a moment notice they could see the Soviet tanks rolling; and the airmen of the same period manning the Strategic Air Command aircrafts, loaded with nuclear weapons and willingly ready to use such weapons if ordered to do so; and the submariners cruising the ocean depths in secrecy, also ready at a moment notice to launch their ICBMs and potentially take the lives of millions.
And my thoughts go to the Military casualties of a war that our political leadership chose to ignore for many years: Beirut Marine barracks, Kobart Towers, USS Cole, Mogadishu.
Islamic fascism has been at war with the United States for years and our Military was the one to pay.
In Bing West book The Strongest Tribe, the author got the title for his magnificent analysis of the Iraqi conflict by the statement that an Iraqi officer made to him. In a society like Iraq, and the whole region for that matter, where tribal influence and allegiance are so strong, the fact that an Iraqi would describe the American Military as the strongest tribe is, in my mind, considerable, especially when the comment was sparked not just by an allusion to our Military might, but by the observation of the bond that American troops display.
In my humble opinion the “strongest tribe” is the Greatest Generation.
So on this Veteran’s Day 2009, I want to express once again my most sincere appreciation for every single member of our Armed Forces.
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reserves, you are all in my continuous prayers.
And I would like to end with one of my favorite quotes, from John Stuart Mill:
“War is an ugly thing, but it is not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made so by exertions of better men than himself”.

Good News!
Yes indeed, the dog that killed 13 people at Ft. Hood is alive and was removed from the ventilator that was keeping him alive. It has been reported that the coward is talking with the medical personnel.
Good news, as now Attorney General Eric Holder will be able to drop the charges against Hasan and open the way for the bastard to file a law suit against that racist white cop that shot him four times. After all she acted upon racial profiling when she fired upon him and the fact that he was in possession of two ‘alleged’ handguns has no bearing on the fact that she used excessive force.
The white racist cop obviously acted stupidly and I think we should have a beer in the White House and forget the whole thing! Those soldiers he killed were expendable anyway.
Some reports indicated that the cowardly bastard may get the death penalty if convicted. But as of right now, the DOJ hasn’t even filed charges against the man. Other reports indicate that Hasan may have been attempting to contact al Qaeda at some point, but of course this is just another vile lie that the right wing conspiracy is concocting in order to make a follower of the religion of peace look bad.
And then there are the new vicious lies coming from some of his colleagues who have stated that the man was obviously not showing allegiance toward the United States or the Military, but was vocally and vehemently critical of the country. So what does that say anyway: he was a Muslim and had the right to despise America, because Bush made him do it!
He is recuperating well from his wounds, and that’s really good news…isn’t it?
I better close this, because I am making myself sick!

Wait a Minute, People
Ok, people, let us hit those brakes for a minute.
I just read that former President Bush and wife Laura just made a private visit to Ft. Hood to meet with post commanders. I think this was a very classy action on the part of the President, who after all is a private citizen now, as much as a former President can be private.
But some of the comments I read are indicative of a level of hysteria that we need, as a collective society, to bring back.
Some of the comments were out in Left field, of course accusing Bush of being ultimately responsible for the massacre at Ft. Hood. These are mentally sick people who really should be locked up to insure the safety of the rest of the country.
But similarly, I read comments of people who blame President Obama for the attack, and truthfully, I believe these individuals are just as sick.
If we want to criticize the reaction of Obama, fine. One may make an argument as during the press conference at the Native American event he begun with the usual cheering shout out before addressing the developing tragedy in Texas.
Look, I am one of those who believes that Obama and his regime does not have the respect and admiration for our Military that a Commander-in-Chief should have, but in rational analysis, blaming Obama for the massacre is just as nutty as blaming Bush.
The main culprit of the carnage, besides the dirty pig that actually pulled the trigger, is what has been taking America down for years, before Bush, before Obama, and that's Political Correctness.
PC has been the arm of the Progressive movement for long now, aimed at refuting Constitutional rights for the American people in the name of multi-culturalism and diversity. It has stopped common sense folks from addressing and identifying social and safety problems for what they are and instead sweep them under the carpet in fear of being labeled and attacked as racist, bigots, homophobes, sexist and the sort.
What PC did, which culminated in the attack in Ft. Hood, was to create a climate where a devout Muslim with a history of radical statements and actions, was allowed to have access to Military personnel in an environment he despised. Ultimately, if we lived in a perfect world, just his behavior should have been enough to buy him a ticket out of the Army and the prudent thing to do should have been to get this dog as far away from other soldiers as possible.
If the Military ca learn something from this infamy it should be to take a close look at all Muslim doctors and chaplains and conduct a thorough analysis of their allegiance, because Hasan took the jihad route in his ultimate devotion to Allah, but there may be many others who are instead working the minds of American soldiers in order to undermine the entire institution.
And if you think I am exagerating, just look at the phenomenon already taking place in American prisons, where Muslim chaplains "counsel" inmates who become radicalized.
It is the modus operandi of the ideology that aims at slowly and patiently infect societies and get them ready for take over. Again all we have to do is look at Europe and see the results there of years of slow take over.
So, wait a minute and look at the big picture instead of concentrating only on the vile act of one coward. We must do that for the safety of a whole country and our own ideals and principles.
And these are my thoughts!

Fort Hood Massacre
It is the day after the horrific massacre at Fort Hood, Texas. I refrained from making any comments as soon as the attack took place yesterday, as I believe only fitting to hear some of the details of the incident before formulating any thoughts of my own.
Surprisingly, but not much, the FBI was awfully quick in stating, just few hours after the shooting, that it was NOT an act of terrorism. It became obvious to me that the order had quickly come down from the DOJ and the White House that the gunman was not a terrorist, especially after the news broke about his name and the strong possibility the coward was a Muslim.
So what we know so far is this:
- Major Hasan was an Army psychiatrist about to be deployed to Afghanistan.
- He had expressed his dissatisfaction with American foreign policy
- He had argued strongly against any person who supported our war on terror.
- He is a lifelong Muslim
- Investigation is looking at the possibility of some internet posting he made justifying suicide bombers.
According to a cousin of his, this was an educated man with no violent nature (could have fooled me) who hated to go to the firing range. Paraphrasing, he did not have the violent mind set that can be associated with the Military. Really?
On a personal base, I have encountered this kind of elitism from almost every Middle Easterner I have ever met. I have witnessed a mind set based on the fact that violence against terrorists is not acceptable and it is "uncivilized", all the while having no problem with the Saudi authorities cutting people hands for theft.
Anyway, it is still premature to come to any definite conclusion, but I feel very uncomfortable with the premise that this was an isolated incident, that it was not a terrorist act. Besides, how else one would describe a man walking into a crowded room and start shooting indiscriminately?
What is certain is that there are families grieving today because of the actions of one man, a Muslim Army officer who considered the Military good enough to fund his education, but did not consider his duty to the oath he took to be of any importance. His objection to US foreign policy should have not had any bearing, because in his capacity as an Army psyachiatrist, he would have never been in the position of having to hurt a fellow Muslim. But obviously, this man of peace, this educated Muslim had no qualm in killing fellow Americans indiscriminately.
But no, it wasn't terrorism!

Go Carli Go!
Former CEO of Hewlett Packard, Carli Fiorina, announced today she is running for the California Senate seat that hopefully will be vacated by that gigantic piece of stupidity called Barbara Boxer.
I am relieved that finally it appear that Californians may actually have a viable candidate to finally rid this state of such an incompetent boob.
Time to line up behind Fiorina and make sure we send Boxer packing. Could it be any better? Yes, if I could witness Boxer being hauled out of the Senate in handcuffs!

One Step Closer
It is the day after elections, elections that have been heralded as the first step of the new American Revolution from the right, and as really not much by the left and the media.
In New Jersey’s gubernatorial race, Chris Christie, Republican, defeated the state champion of corruption Jon Corzine, in probably the toughest loss for Obama who personally campaigned for the swine.
In Virginia, Robert McDonnell (R) strongly defeated Deeds (D) also for the gubernatorial race.
And in upstate New York, Hoffman (R) as defeated by the Liberal for the House seat of the 23rd district, but the strong showing of Hoffman was an eye opener about the place the American people find themselves in.
New Jersey and Virginia are significant because the first is a historically staunch Liberal state, where Democrats have been holding the reins of power via the social and economic enslavement of the people, the second because the state was idolized by the media as a typical example of the shift toward Obama’s ideology during the last Presidential campaign.
The congressional race in New York has been nationally publicized by both side of the political spectrum. Initially the republican in the running was some woman called Dede Scozzafava. The main issue for conservatives with this candidate was that she is truthfully a Liberal, being supportive of many of the Democrat platform, including abortion.
As the conservatives were becoming increasingly vocal regarding their opposition against this pure form of R.I.N.O. (Republican In Name Only), Newt Gingrich and Michael Steele endorsed her, justifying their decision on wanting to bring a person in Congress with an “R:” behind their name. Conversely, talk show hosts, commentators, bloggers, and all true conservatives, placed their support behind Hoffman who run as a Conservative republican.
As the poll numbers for Scozzafava plummeted and Hoffman’s climbed, Scozzafava dropped out of the race just few days ago and promptly endorsed the Democrat candidate, in a move that must have sent a nauseating feeling of embarrassment in all the GOP big wigs who had endorsed her.
Many Americans may have been glossing over all the drama of this Election Day, probably more interested in the latest tabloid TV happenings, but the importance of yesterday rests in the fact that it appears the new American Revolution has actually moved from the ideological only to the action phase. What I see in the results of the elections yesterday, even the loss in NY-23, is the translation from the Tea Party demonstrations to the ballot box.
Over the summer, as Obama and his cronies worked overtime in their quest to destroy the American economy, American businesses, American wealth and institutions, a vast number of Americans became uncomfortable with what they were witnessing. The Tea Parties became the opportunity for millions of Americans to voice their dissent with the Socialistic take over of Obama of the nation’s economy.
And also over the summer, politicians got their pompous elitism severely trimmed by the American people, who flooded the Town Hall meetings across the nation, making their feelings and dissent known in strong and informed fashion.
The Obama media even rushed to the Liberal rescue, mercilessly attacking the actions of Americans who were exercising their Constitutional Rights. Politicians attacked the actions of their own constituents, all in the attempt to discredit the opinions of common people who felt that the move toward Marxism and Fascism on the part of Obama was not what they wanted for the country.
What yesterday represents is a corollary to the events we witnessed and participated in last summer. People in two states that should have been in the bag for Obama team went to the polls and stated unequivocally that they are not much impressed with Obama these days.
Regardless of the spin that the Media and the Liberals are engaging today regarding the electoral results, I remain strongly positive about them. I realize that I am an eternal optimist, one who has always had faith in the strong feelings of individualism that the American people have been blessed with historically, but my faith was shaken in the last two elections. Seeing Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in leadership roles and then a Marxist/Fascist Community Organizer as President had a horrible effect on my optimism. But today I feel that my hope in the re-establishment of the traditional American ideals of freedom and less governmental intrusion may still be alive and thriving.
But it is not time to rest on the partial success we achieved yesterday. Much work is still needed to defeat the governmental take over of our country, because the current politicians are strong and their reach and corruption is so extensive that if the American people do not remain relentless in their dissent, the victory for conservatism we witnessed yesterday will be just a small blip of national sanity. So let us continue to tell our politicians that if they ignore us, we will fire them, starting in 2010.

What Now
Ok, the debacle of the Afghani elections is over now and even though the controversy still lingers, isn't time now for Obama to act upon McChrystal's report?
I wonder what excuse will the Commander in Chief will be using now to delay any action on providing our Military in Afghanistan with the proper troop level.
What is Rahm Emanuel deciding? How about David Axelrod? I often get this uncomfortable feeling in the depth of my gut that Obama is nothing more than a little figurine propped up to appeal to the spineless, guilt ridden, feel good tree huggers of America, just an image covering up the grab for power on the part of the evil twins, Emanuel and Axelrod, and the master puppeteer George Soros.
One day, I hope, the American people will finally wake up and uncerimonuously march on Washington and demand that justice be brought upon those aiming at destroying the country in order to make themselves the official ruling class.
One day, I hope, we will demand that Pelosi and Read, Schumer and Rangle, Snow and Voinovich and all their entourages be brought up on charges of treason against America.
It will be a good day in America again.
2010: vote all the current bums out! America needs new blood in Congress.
And these are my thoughts!

Two Bad Days
The last two days have been real bad ones for American troops. Yesterday 14 lost their lives in two helicopter crashes. In one incident, one chopper crashed with 10 being killed, including 3 DEA officers in Afghanistan to address the drug trafficking. In the south, 4 Marines were killed when the two helicopters they were flying on collided and crashed.
Today, 8 more troops lost their lives due to several IED attacks. With four days left in the month, October is already the deadliest month of the Afghani campaign.
But is it this statistical fact that is really important? Of course not.
The pivotal point is the fact that two months have passed since Gen. Stanley McChrystal presented his recommendations to Obama, and yet the President has not made a decision to follow up on the campaign promise he made regarding Afghanistan or not. Taliban operation is getting more sophisticated and bold, and that I attribute to two facts.
First the improved Taliban use of IEDs is, in my opinion, being aided by the interference of one of America’s old “friends”: Iran. With the insurgency de facto defeat in Iraq, the terror forces of the Iranian government are now concentrating their efforts in Afghanistan. With the winter months coming, it is again time for the Taliban/al Qaeda forces to put in their last hits before they go hibernating in their caves or in Iran for replenishment and training. All to get ready for the Spring offensive.
Second is the lack of a decisive hand being so apparent in Washington. Having totally marginalized Sec. of State Clinton, Obama has tasked the worst possible politician to gain greater visibility over the efforts of the Military in Afghanistan: John Kerry.
This is a man that, regardless of the lies and histrionics he disseminated in 2004, hates the Military and has never, in the last thirty years, lost an opportunity to undermine the men and women in uniform. And the latest is the practical smack down of someone like Gen. McChrystal, a man Kerry should not even be allowed to be in the same room with.
The enemies of America feed upon the propaganda they can achieve by showing our country as a weak country. They are masters at exploiting everything that can be perceived as lack of determination by injecting their ideology of religious carnage into the image of decadence of western culture.
Besides being infidels and therefore deserving of death, the West is shown to the terror recruits as philosophically weak and morally inept. Religious tolerance, individualism, gender equality are causes of decadence, both moral and social, in the eyes of the Islamic fundamentalists.
Another attribute of our enemies is the ability to patiently wait for the right moment to strike. For eight years during the Clinton’s regime, the Islamic terrorists conducted small scale operations, from the first WTC bombing to the African Embassies to the USS Cole. They were just, in my opinion, probing actions designed to gage the national resolve and provided the enemy with the necessary answers.
The Presidential Elections of 2000 provided the catalyst: the voting controversy, the attacks against the elected President Bush, the vile behavior of Al Gore and his followers, gave our enemies the impression that the social fibers of America were strained, further weakening the national self defense resolve. The newly elected Bush was inaugurated in January 2001 after months of controversy amid accusations of having been selected, not elected (famous Liberal bumper stickers).
The enemies of America were able to capitalize on the ongoing controversy by telling their recruits that what it was witnessed in America was the result of one of Islam’s most hated aspect of the West: freedom.
The new administration in Washington was seen as one that would not have the strength of character nor the support of the American people, shown to be fractured by the election debacle. Hence the events of 9-11-01.
We are facing an enemy that is completely different from any of the foes our Nation has confronted in the past. This is an enemy driven by religious fanaticism, by willingness to martyrdom, by a grand scheme of Islamic control. This is an enemy as conniving as we have ever faced, an enemy that has already gained almost full control over Europe by gradually infiltrating into the social fibers of countries like Great Britain and France thanks to a political correct attitude that is spelling disaster.
The last bastion of freedom, which the United States still represents, remains the Great Satan for our enemies. We are also affected by the political correctness cancer, but the individual in America is still, on the most part, not willing to give up the freedom we enjoy.
Unfortunately, we now have a President who does not share the ideals that have made our country great. He does not believe in the image of America as a beacon of freedom and self determination. Obama believes that America has been an arrogant nation and he is determined to change that image by first destroying our economy and our Constitution, and then by using our Military for his own political goal.
Some may say that this is a strong statement, but, in my opinion, it is not strong enough. We have troops engaged in a war on terror in Afghanistan and the President is too busy working on a Hugo Chavez type of national take over to dedicate enough of his time to analyze his Generals reports and give them what is needed to see a victorious end in Afghanistan.
In my book, his actions are indicative of dereliction of duty.
And these are my thoughts!
