Miranda Rights for Terrorists

Among the myriad of changes that Obama has brought to America, none makes less sense than the one whose knowledge has been gained in the last 24 hours.
In a very quite and covert manner, the Obama DoJ has ordered the Military in Afghanistan to Mirandize the foreign fighters captured on the battlefield. Rep. Mike Rogers just happened to find that out during a visit to Afghanistan.
The Miranda Rights are afforded to those being detained by law enforcement personnel in the United States. Basically they are designed to give suspects the ability to remain silent and not incriminate themselves.
So now we find out that the American Military, in the midst of combat operations in Afghanistan against an enemy that would as soon cut their throats, has to read the terrorists their rights.

AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT SEES SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS?

So let me see if I can understand the demented logic behind this incredibly moronic decision.
Our troops while conducting combat operations against the Taliban, while dodging AK-47 and RPG fire, while side stepping land mines and driving through IEDs, have to make sure that as they apprehend some of these third world sub-humans, they are informed of their right not to speak and the right to have a lawyer present for any interrogation. And if they cannot afford a lawyer, the American taxpayers will pay for one.
Does this just about cover it?

I really do not know what to say. I am somewhat speechless, as much as unusual that may be.
I would like to find out who is directly responsible for such brain fart, but ultimately it remains the responsibility of Obama for authorizing such an idiocy.

With the premise that I do not intend to insult children, this is exactly what happens when children are placed in positions where adults should be in charge. Obama is not only a radical leftist with the only one goal to achieve absolute power, impoverish the whole country and kiss up to the enemy of our Nation, but he is also so in way over his head that he sits next to whale shit. He has no clue about the running and defending of the country, no clue about the responsibility of safeguarding the American people and their security, no idea of how to run anything. To add insult to injury, he has all these czars attempting to control every aspect of the American people’s lives and they are just as incompetent and moronic as their boss.
This would be all funny, amusing if it did not translate in economic disaster, vulnerability to further attacks, loss of confidence from our allies across the world, the demoralization of our troops in the field and the empowerment of our enemies, who now see us as a weak, powerless target.
Obama is catering to al Qaeda and the Taliban placing millions in danger. He is catering to the same type of creatures that in Iraq killed, roasted and served for meal the child of a tribal leader to impress in him the choice he had about supporting the terrorists in his village. The same creatures that will strap explosives on a Down Syndrome woman and send her to her death in a market crowded with civilians. And we are reading their rights to them?

The return to treating terrorism as a law enforcement issue is a disastrous repeat of the mistakes that allowed al Qaeda to conceive and execute the worst attack against our country since its birth. And to make matters even worst, now it appears that the terrorists will also be able to invoke their Miranda rights and say nothing to their interrogators until a lawyer is present.

Please, would someone wake me from this frigging nightmare!
