Culture Of Death

Expression that is mostly used in reference to Islamic fundamentalists, culture of death is gaining strength when referring to Obama and the Socialists in power in America today.
As it is well known, and practically ignored by many religious leaders, being Catholics or Jewish or whatever else, Obama and the Liberals never saw an abortion they did not like, and they are not too conspicuous in championing a health care bill that practically will encourage the idea of suicide masked as “end of life counseling”, a truly inspirational and impressive rhetoric on the part of our so-called leaders. Obama has also surrounded himself with people that are believers in population control.

Well, as the Liberals, who don’t have a clue about what is in Waxman’s bill, and the White House, via that pinnacle of knowledge and arrogance that is spokesman Gibbs, denied that Obamacare is advocating the so-called “death boards”, one only has to look toward the Veterans Agency to see the true goal and modus operandi of the people in power today.
In a Wall Street Journal editorial, Jim Towey, president of Saint Vincent College, who also was director of the White House Office of Faith-Based Initiatives (2002-2006) and founder of the nonprofit Aging with Dignity, calls Americans’ attention to a VA booklet called “Your Life, Your Choices”.
The 52 page booklet was first created in 1996 during the Clinton administration. It was to be used as a guide for veterans to establish living wills, but it was also a publication suggestive of the advantages of physician-assisted suicide. The author of the booklet is one Dr. Robert Pearlman who was the president of the VA National Center for Ethics in Health Care and a supporter of health care rationing.
During the Bush administration, “Your Life, Your Choices” was banned by the White House, only to be revived by Obama just a month ago.
Ok then, let me see if I get this straight. The Obama regime is re-instating a publication for those Veterans who are in need of care from the VA that gives them a clear view of the advantages for them and for their families of ending their lives. So basically, a member of the Military that has served his or her country in Iraq or Afghanistan, and who has had the misfortune to come back home missing some limbs, paralyzed, blind or suffering from PTSD, but the fortune to be still alive, is going to be encouraged by representatives of the same country that they sacrificed to defend to lessen the personal and family burden by ending their lives.
It is for me extremely ironic that the medical advances made in the field of trauma treatment for those wounded on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan, advances that have resulted in exhilarating rates of survivability on the part of our sons and daughters, is being rendered pointless by a political class that is bent on subjugating the American people to a government controlled heath care. It literally infuriates me when I think about the dedication and sacrifice that Combat Medics and Corpsmen exhibit on the battlefield, only to realize that those whose lives they saved will be encouraged by their government to kill themselves so that some money can be saved and Obama will be able to use that money to pay for the abortion of some welfare blood sucker or some illegal immigrant.
So, as it appears, there is an apparent indication that the Obama administration is determined to ask those Veterans that may be in need of VA medical assistance, to give their life for the country welfare entitlement system.
I cannot deny the brilliancy of Obama on this subject, as not only he would be able to shift the funds necessary for the care of Veterans to the leaches of our society, but he would be get rid of those elements of our society that he most despise and fear: Veterans.
This booklet the VA has, which was banned by the Bush Administration only to be re-instated by Obama’s cronies, like the much hailed Gen. Shinseki, is a disgrace for a country like the US, where life preservation, especially for its Veterans, should be the top priority. But the disgraceful and appalling behavior of these immoral and evil people in Washington is just another demonstration of the culture of death that they champion. The lives of regular Americans and especially the Veterans, is of no value for them, except those who support them politically and only to that extent.
2010 cannot come fast enough. Time to cleanse the Halls of Congress and emasculate this dictatorial President, turning him into a lame duck as quickly as possible, so that the Nation can be returned to its rightful owners: the American People.
