The Proof Is In The Pudding

29 August 2009

As a Southern California resident and an American Conservative, I sometimes receive derisive comments from some of my friends across the country. This is one of those times.
As the news circulated of Rep. Diane Watson town hall meeting in her district of Los Angeles, her words resonated to the rest of the country as the true meaning “the proof is in the pudding”. For anyone out there who is asking the question “why is California in such a financial dump?” considering that not too long ago its economy was the 7th largest in the world, I present Diane Watson as one of the reasons. Sure, she is just one person, but she, in just few words, was able to express the mind set that has taken over the state.
It would take a lot of time and gut wrenching research to detail all the contributing factors and especially the culpable people that have dragged down this state, so before I give you my thoughts about Rep. Watson, I just will list some of the names that will clarify what I mean (the names are just enough): Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, Henry Waxman, the entire State legislature and the RINO Governator!
Back to Mrs. Watson. In the above mentioned town hall meeting, she presented her view on the opposition that the American people have expressed regarding Obama and the House bill on Health Care reform. I did not watch the video as I have been able to contain and control my acid reflux problems and did not want to regress in that effort, and I heard the sound version on the radio and thought that was enough ‘torture’ (now that’s an audio the CIA should use!), but I was able to find the transcripts on Michelle Malkin web site. For me, this is a much healthier way to analyze the insanity afflicting our Nation these days.
To begin with, a little background on Rep. Watson. She is an eight term Democrat of the Los Angeles district 35, and thankfully nowhere near where I reside. Her district is, as to be expected, composed of minorities, meaning blacks. This is a ‘leader’ that continues to be elected by the same constituency that she has been screwing royally for years. She has been described by no other than the LA Times, which we all agree is not exactly a right wing extremist publication, as one of the most corrupted politician in Washington. And that is saying a lot, considering that she has competition the likes of Maxine Waters and Henry Waxman in adjacent districts.
This excellent piece of work of a human being has been for years exploiting racial tensions for the sole purpose of being elected, and when necessary, created and manufactured racial tension as needed. And the town hall meeting last week was one of those times.
Her statement was aimed at creating in her listeners the view that those who oppose the Obamacare are motivated by racial animosity against the Supreme Leader. Speaking of Rush Limbaugh and the Conservative opposition:

"They are spreading fear and they are trying to see that the first president that looks likes me fails.”

The truth is that American Conservatives do not much care about Obama failing. Personally, I could not care less what he does. What I am set on working on is that his policies fail, because I love my country the way it is, and I am not in favor of living in a Communist society.

Rep. Watson proceeded to state that she just got back from a trip “all over the Far East”, which immediately brought to my attention how much lighter my wallet felt. But the main point of that statement was that what she was reporting on her findings in the Far East:

“I just want you to know: People look at the United States as a country that has changed its way and has elected someone from Kenya and Kansas, I’ll put it like that.”

Which is kind of interesting, as Obama was not born in Kansas. That appears to leave Kenya as the birthplace Diane Watson believes Obama comes from. Unless she is stating that ALL blacks in America were born in Kenya…What!!!

But the best part was her hailing of Fidel Castro and the Socialized Medicine he established in Cuba. She was all tingling-up-her-leg (sorry for the nasty visual!) about the Cuban dictator “gift” to his people, a “gift” he himself closely avoided when he needed medical care and took off for Spain to get it!

“And lemme tell ya, before you say “Oh, it’s a commu–”, you need to go down there and see what Fidel Castro put in place. And I want you to know, now, you can think whatever you want to about Fidel Castro, but he was one of the brightest leaders I have ever met”

Here is an elected member of the United States Congress praising a dictator that has the blood of thousands of political opponents on his hands, a man that has been an enemy of our Nation for fifty years, a man willing to aid the Soviet Union in placing short range nuclear missiles just 90 miles away from our shores, as one of the brightest leaders she has ever met. I guess, considering the company she keeps and the ignorant masses that keep on re-electing her, it sort of makes sense.

But my favorite part was her mentioning of Che Guevara, the well known thug that personally executed countless political opponents during the Cuban revolution. This is what she said:

“And you know, the Cuban revolution that kicked out the wealthy, Che Guevara did that, and then, after they took over, they went out among the population to find someone who could lead this new nation, and they found…well, just leave it there (laughs), an attorney by the name of Fidel Castro”

By this statement I can derive the philosophical mind set of this piece of work.
Her hero Che kicked out the wealthy, just like she is hoping that her Obama will accomplish very soon. The small detail she left out was that more than kicking the wealthy out, good old Che removed them from the planet all together. Is this what Rep. Watson is advocating? The “removal” of all wealthy people from the US? Hum, interesting. Does she really believe that the methodology used by Castro and his thugs was a good thing? Is she telling the black population she pander to that a bullet in the back of the head is a reasonable solution to silence political dissent? Really?

But I have to hand it to Diane Watson and all the other politicians who use her approach. Their methodology is flawless, as long as the majority of the American people live with the guilt of history. The relentless work of people like Watson and Waters and Jackson and Sharpton and Obama have created an atmosphere of guilt that, combined with the scourge of political correctness has finally brought our country to the brink of a new racial instability that may have catastrophic consequences. Politicians like Watson have succeeded in convincing the ignorant masses that they are their champions, masking the reality that they are the new slave owners.
Diane Watson tells her constituency that they are being discriminated against by the evil white America and that she is the champion they have to elect to right the wrong. Once in office, she makes sure that she and her whole family is well taken care of by the corrupted Washington system, even at the expenses of the people she represents. Keeping them ignorant, by stifling any possibility of economic and social integration and development, she can then use her own failure to get re-elected by perpetuating the accusations of racism.
For the people of her district is a vicious circle that only benefits her and they do not realize that they keep on perpetuating their underachievement by re-electing her.

When people like Watson and Waters and Boxer open their mouths, the rest of the country looks at California and shakes its head, and justifiably so. It is only by educating the masses and by voting these ignorant, corrupted, disgusting political prostitutes out of office that the country we love is going to survive. If not, I am sure Rep. Watson will support the American “Che” for the removal of the wealthy.
So, my friends, Watson is the pudding where we can find the proof of the demise that our state and our country faces if We The People don't do anything.

God help us.

And these are my thoughts!
