Obama Talks Tough Military Jargon

By Semperpapa

"I will not allow any middle class American family to become collateral damage because of political warfare in Washington" stated President Obama addressing the "deal" he and Republican leadership struck on the extension of the Bush's tax cuts.

Tough militaristic tone on the part of the President, as unemployment rises and the economy stagnates and, in some places, shrinks even further.
All the while, delivering the same false rhetoric that these are unaffordable tax cuts for the wealthy Americans.

Let us make one fact really clear: the agreement reached is not a tax cut on the rich, but it means preventing a massive tax increase for everyone in America.
And it is not that much of a great deal for Americans, because the barter includes the extension of unemployment benefits for another 13 months.

Where do unemployment benefits come from? In many States, from employers, who contribute to the fund. So as many States are facing devastating deficits, i.e. California, there is no money for any additional unemployment benefits, creating an even deeper budget crisis for the State.

So while Obama speaks tough on the subject, trying to appease the lunatic Left fringe, there is some hope that the deal on the extension of the tax cuts, although temporary, will translate into an increase of hiring on the part of small and large businesses, but that still remains to be seen.

So far, since Obama took residence in the White House, the only collateral damage of his radical agenda has been the entire American economy.

Just my thoughts!
