Final Chapter

Maybe I am overreacting, not that it would be the first time, but the news of Justice Souter retirement was a little of a shock for me. I knew that there were going to be openings on the SCOTUS during the Obama regime, but Ginsburg was the one I was expecting.
Souter was a surprise because of his age, 69, which is not advanced enough to warrant retirement and because he has been a dependable Liberal on the court, consistently showing the mistake H. W. Bush had made in getting Souter on the supreme bench.

With Souter’s announcement, now we know for sure that there will be at least two Justices having to be replaced during the Obama Empire, and surely the replacements this President will pick will be the cream of the crop of Liberal judicial activism.

So here we have it, my brothers and sisters: the final chapter of that political experiment called America, that incredible free country that has been a beacon across the globe for over 230 years, is being written as we speak. After conquering the Legislative and Executive Branch, the anti-American Liberals are about to embark on the defeat and conquest of the last hope for America. Who will be executing the Check and Balance that our Constitution is demanding? Who will safeguard the American people from a total change of what America and its strength is?

The only answer is the people themselves. We must reclaim our country and we must do so before the Socialist, dictatorial agenda of Obama and Pelosi and Reid will have done enough damage to make a recovery possible, before the Socialist machine of Obama and co. will have installed the necessary safeguards for the Obama oligarchy to withstand and render futile the efforts of the remaining real Americans.

The damage done by the enemies of our country in the last five decades has been devastating, and it will take long to repair it, but it is still possible, starting on the mid-term elections in 2010. That will be the first chance to fight back and we cannot let it go by and leave the status quo. A poor Conservative show in 2010 is a re-election guarantee for Obama to his next term.
No, I did not miswrite; I really meant “next” term, as I am sure that we will soon see a push on the part of Liberals and their whores in the Media for a repealing of the 22nd Amendment. Remember that the Left hails Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro as their unspoken heroes, and that is the model Obama wants for his regime. He has already moved aggressively toward the nationalization of the financial industry and the automobile industry. As soon as he gets his Universal Care, he will have de facto destroyed the private health care industry. Through his support of the scam called global warming, he will eventually have the tools necessary to nationalize the energy industry. And he already has in his pocket the teachers’ unions, which will give him complete power over the curricula American future generations will learn from, further deepening the brainwashing of the upcoming generations as it has already occurred at the college and universities level. He is conducting a devastating campaign against small businesses and is succeeding.
And, worst of all, he is preparing the field for an all out offensive against the US Constitution, slowly with skirmishes against the First and Second Amendment, because the most important element for a successful dictatorship is to take the ability of expression and of self-defense away from its citizens. Once those two victories are achieved, everything else just falls into place. And if you don’t believe me, ask anyone who lived through Fascism and Nazism and Communism in Europe or anyone who experienced Juan Peron “changes” in Argentina.
“Changes” that involved the suffocating intervention of a government in the everyday life of the people are not changes, but just a reversal of political evolution, as the approach has had but devastating results for the individual freedom. The changes Obama and his regime speak of are not new, nor do they have a winning record. The real historical change was impersonated by America and its Constitution. This socio-political experiment that the United States has been for the last 2 and 1/3 centuries is the true innovation in governmental history, as it is designed to give the people the ability to confront tyranny and to hold politicians accountable for their actions.
As we have witnessed already coming from the Democrat and Republican Parties and from the new Administration, Congress and soon Supreme Court is a deliberate turn toward that ideological disaster where politicians and judges become so detached from the people that they operate in detrimental ways and still remain immune from having to answer to the people for their actions. That, my American brothers and sisters is the definition of Oligarchy.

Maybe I am overreacting, but everything Obama is doing or planning to do has been tried before and has failed miserably to create societies that were truly fair and pro-people. The only fruits that such policies have given were elitism based on political ideology, corruption and loss of liberty. The situation as it is today will only get worst as SCOTUS turns into a tool for Obama, because who will be then left to contradict his Imperial Highness Obama?
