...forces me to offer my deepest condolences to the family of John Murtha who passed away today at the age of 77 from complications of gallbladder surgery.
In past posts, I expressed my opinion of Murtha, which was as low as it could get, slightly above my opinion of my country's enemies.
And yet I find no solace in his passing, because he was a husband and a father and a grandfather, and surely his family is in mourning and will miss him.
Personally, I would have preferred for "ex-Marine Murtha" to just be sent out into permanent retirement. So for now that is all i will say about this...
