The Senate Judiciary Committee has voted 13-6 for sending the nomination of Elena Kagan to the full vote of the Senate for her confirmation to the Supreme Court.
The committee, composed of 12 Democrats and 7 Republicans, voted along ideological guidelines, including the only RINO to vote in favor of Kagan, S.C. Sen. Lindsey Graham.
According to Graham, he feels that Obama nomination is a good one and that he was convinced that the answers given by Kagan regarding her opposition to Military recruiting, about her position on abortion and her antipathy for the 2nd Amendment, were good enough for him to be convinced that she is qualified to be a non-activist Justice.
Sen. Graham, the only Republican in America who actually believes that the woman will not be a radical activist on the Court, has obviously been in contact with the White House and it would be interesting if some real journalist would do some digging to find out what the cost of Graham support was. I am fairly sure that the hybrid Republican senator from South Carolina has struck a very lucrative deal with the Obama regime to be willing to betray the American people so blatantly.
Just as the man was the only supporter of Sonia Sotomayor last year, Graham wants to remain in lockstep with the Obama administration by being the sole Republican supporter of the activist nominee Kagan.
There is no doubt that the other usual criminal suspects, Olympia Snow and Susan Collins and George Voinovich, will insure that the good Graham will not be the only lighting rod for the ire of American Conservatives.
These are individuals who must be removed from the Senate because they are a cancer eating away at the principles that guide America. There is no real difference between Graham and Obama and Pelosi. They all are only interested in gaining control of the lives of the people for the mere goal of maintaining power.
And they are doing and will do all they are allowed to in order to achieve their scopes.
Sen. Graham, you are a disgrace to your Party, your constituency and your country.
Just my thoughts!
