It is somewhat disheartening to be forced to admit that our society has reached a point where we behave as true Americans as long as it does not require to get out of our little comfort zone and our priorities are infringed upon.
But at the same time it is uplifting to see that those of us who suffer the most are those who are more willing to be there for others.
I have had the fortune to witness some of these incredible acts of kindness.
The mother of Spc. Spencer T. Karol, KIA in Iraq on October 6, 2006. Bridget is a very active Gold Star Mother with the Patriot Guard Riders in Southern California.
The parents of Spc. Matthew Creed, KIA in Iraq October 22, 2006. Richard and Kimberly Creed are active with the Patriot Guard Riders in Southern California.
Sgt. Jon Centanni, father of LCpl. Rick Centanni, KIA in Afghanistan on March 24, 2010.
Sgt. Centanni attended the homecoming of his son's unit from Afghanistan on May 2010 as a gesture of support for his son's buddies.

Showing The Colors

It appears that almost everyday a new story hits the wires about some controversy on the display of the American Flag.
It almost always refers to some Homeowner association rules and regulations that prohibit the display of any flag, banner or political advertisement. In all, the real point of the matter is lost in the abused field of common sense.
In my opinion, the issue is very clear: when it comes to the symbol of our Nation, there is no gray area. It’s all black and white.
Old Glory is not just a flag; it is not just a banner. The symbol of the United States transcends political affiliations and religious beliefs and country of origin. Well, at least it should.
Of course the lawyers have a field day with this issue, on both sides of it. There are those who take up the case of the people who believe that they have the right of displaying the flag and there are those who are so hungry for national spotlight that they would enjoy the controversy that such a case would bring.
The cases that have appeared on the news prove that there still is some positive use for the media, because the exposure of these situations has the result of galvanizing the reaction of a large multitude of people.
There are those who invoke the First Amendment right of free speech expressed in the display of the flag, the same right used by those who aim at desecrating it. But is it really a matter of free speech? Shouldn’t the flag be held at a higher standard than, let’s say, a bumper sticker calling to “save the whales”? I think it should.
I understand that some real estate associations use these rules to curb the tendency for some people to paste an entire neighborhood with hideous signs, but the American flag should be an entity well above the rest of the lot.
Of course the whole thing comes down to the lawyer in search of the next case, because if an association would stipulate that the ban on sign and flags and such does not include the American flag, they would have someone filing suit for discrimination against their right to display whatever stupid sign they wanted.
And that is where the problem lays.
When the term “melting pot” is used to address the United States, it refers to the historical ability of our country to accept people from everywhere else in the world and allow them to enjoy and participate in the unique environment that our Nation is.
One only has to look at the names of any member of a US national sport team to see the point. There are names of German root, Italian root, Hispanic, Asian, African and so on. But they all are playing for the success of the United States.
What has been lost is the principle of America as one nation. For those of us who were not fortunate enough to be born in the United States, becoming an American should mean that while we maintain the heritage of our old culture, we must embrace and strengthen the ideals of America by conforming to the rules and regulations of America.
Instead, what we are witnessing today is an increased tendency of people who have come to America, legally and illegally, demanding that the Nation would accommodate their special interests, even if they go against the rule of law.
These are the same people who left their country of origin because of discrimination or lack of opportunities or persecution. Also the same people who never dare demand changes in their countries, and yet they feel free to demand special treatment in ours, all the while displaying the flag of their native state.
What our Nation needs is a return to the times when the principles and ideals of America was revered, when multiculturalism was the strength of our country and not its demise.
The concept of multiculturalism has been hijacked by those who saw the opportunity to gain personal power and wealth, on the backs of those who could be easily brainwashed. And in the process of crying racism at every possible corner, they have diluted the real meaning of the word to the point that very few pay much attention to it, allowing real cases of racism to go undetected.
One first step toward the reestablishment of a strong America is by recognizing that that at no time the display of the American Flag on our soil is to be considered inappropriate or offensive.
So many people cry about the deep political and philosophical differences among Americans, but political correctness blinds them from realizing that Old Glory is already uniting all Americans.
And if the American Flag offends you, than you should not live under it and return to where you came from.

Hope For America

I received an e-mail from a family member with this poem:
The Glory of Her Beauty
No citizen completely understands the Glory of Her beauty
Waving Free, Proud and True,
No one understands the burden that She carries,
Just taking for granted
The Freedom that they live.
Caught up in life
With all the fame and Glory
Fighting to be top dog.
Barely understanding,
No longer a privilege
Just cast down, under the thousands of things,
that we all take for granted.
The Glory of Her beauty,
That we cast down under,
Are the things that others strive to earn,

For the sake of one thing,

Reading this beutiful words was enough to give this American hope for our Nation and our future, but what made it even more significant was that the author is 12 years old young lady from Arizona.
Sydney Lauren Woodford, a member of a family I have the honor and privilege to call family, is a representative of our country's future.
She, and her brothers and soon to arrive sister, are the foundation of the United States, the leaders of tomorrow.

A Time To Give Back

With Memorial Day approaching, it is time to reflect on the price many have paid for our Freedom. The Fallen are the ones we remember on this occasion, but the wounded are the ones we need to concentrate on, and their families.
There are several organizations devoted to the assistance of the thousands of wounded Military as they try to make inroads into a new civilian life.
One I would like to encourage to check and possibly help is the Semper Fi Fund.

Please check them out and hope you can help. And if not them, please find a way to repay a little those who gave up so much for us.

Now I Understand

I must admit it was a surprise to hear that the Obama administration had dispatched 1,200 National Guard troops to the Arizona border with Mexico.
It was not indeed a surprise that the regime had done so without even consulting or acknowledging the Arizona Governor, as the disregard for state rights is becoming increasingly apparent on the part of Obama.
The initially welcomed application of the Military to secure the border was leaving me with some hope, even though I was waiting for the negative portion of the story, the inevitable downside of the move. Because there is always a downside to what Obama does.
Sure enough, the State Department declared yesterday that the troops being sent to the border will not run interdiction of illegal immigrants. They sole role will be to possibly combat the crossing of dangerous people and goods, meaning drugs, weapons and related criminals.
So this is clear now. Although the interdiction of drug and weapon runners is a very worthy endeavor, it is not acceptable that our troops will be sitting idle as the invasion of our country continues.
The "clarification" came from Philip Crowley, State Dept. spokesman. He declared that the deployment is not about immigration, which makes perfect sense because the Obama circus and liberal politicians across the Nation see every illegal as a potential voter.
Moreover, Crowley made the clarification in response to the opposition on the part of Mexican president Calderon to what looked like a potential plan to secure our border.
So the United States leadership again bends over for foreign intrusion.
Take another bow, Mr. President.
Calderon probably got a little nervous when he thought that the second highest source of income for his nation could be in jeopardy. In a country where political corruption and failed economic state reigns supreme, Calderon counts heavily on the billions of dollars that the illegals in the US send back to Mexico every year. This is money illegals do not pay taxes on, while straining the social services of our country, which we pay increasingly high taxes for.
But surely Calderon thinks of that as an internal affair of a sovereign country, the US, in which he does not want to meddle.
Crowley, being questioned about the deployment and Calderon reaction said
So we are friends again. How sweet that is. Get a room!
All of progressives around our nation can rest easy now. Your gardener and cook and roofer is not in danger of being stopped from entering the country by bunch of mean, imperialistic soldiers.

Just When I Thought It Could Not Get Any Lower!

By now, the entire country knows that President Obama has opted to take a vacation to Chicago over the Memorial Day weekend, instead of commemorating the true meaning of this holiday and participate in the traditional laying of the wreath to the Unknown Solider memorial. He will have the stooge Biden representing him instead.
On the way from D.C. to Chicago, Obama will stop in Louisiana for a photo op on the oil spill issue (maybe my geography is rusty, but Louisiana is not really on the way, but I am digressing again). With any luck, his handlers will be able to locate some oil covered bird that he can use as a prop to call for the nationalization of the oil industry too.
With Obama’s latest insult to the Military and their families, the man has sunk so low in my opinion that he could actually plug the hole himself, thousands of feet below the surface of the ocean.
There are no excuses that any liberal scumbag could give, spin or vomit that would diminish the loathing I presently feel for this man who is supposed to be the Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces.
And the affront to our Military and the memories of those who have given their lives for the preservation of liberty across the world, comes just hours after he supposedly charged the DOD to examine contingency plans to support South Korea in what appears to be naked aggression on the part of the North Korea.
Just last weekend, Obama stood in front of the 2010 graduating class of the Military Academy at West Point and spoke to the cadets about some new world order Obama is ushering in and of which he wants the new Army officers to be part of, a world where diplomacy will reign supreme, where conflict resolution will win the day, a world where the danger of climate change will be the new challenge of those in his audience.
Well, considering that the men and women being forced to listen to this travesty of a President, have gone through their training to lead combat troops in defense of America, by describing his view of the world he wants America to be part of, he completely contradicted the very essence of the audience in front of him.
Those cadets are the future of our Military Officer Corps, the future leaders of that arm of America’s diplomacy that has always had a deterring effect over the evil that affects our planet, trained in concepts of honor and duty and dedication to ideals that are completely foreign to Mr. Obama.
The interpretation of Duty, Honor, Country is completely different for those wearing the uniform today and those who have worn it throughout our history, and that of Mr. Obama.
For President Obama, Duty is to those who paved in dollars his ascension to power and to pander only to the segment of the population that wants to keep him there.
Honor is toward his own agenda and radical political ideology.
Country is not the United States as the American people want, but a continuous degrading and reneging of all that our Nation has been for almost two and a half centuries.
And so on the day when Obama should truly celebrate the sacrifice of those who have made his own success a possibility by safeguarding the liberties he has so amply benefited from, liberties he is so adamant to take away from the rest of us, he will be at some democrat thug reunion in Chicago, maybe playing golf or shooting some hoops.
By contrast, hundreds of thousands of Veterans and civilian supporters will be descending, on the same day, on Washington for Rolling Thunder to honor the fallen of our Military.
And then again, maybe that is the reason he is skipping town, so not to have to endure the outpouring of patriotism he witnessed last year and that he obviously finds highly regrettable.
But no fear, Obama will be back in D.C. in time for Paul McCartney. That’s something it would not be proper to miss.

Three Presidents, Three Common Approaches

Back during The great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens who desperately needed to work.
Harry Truman deported over two million Illegal’s after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.
In 1954. President Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexican Nationals!
The program was called 'Operation Wetback.' It was done so WWII and Korean Veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took 2 years, but they deported them!

It's true, Eisenhower did it!
Burgeoning numbers of illegal Mexican immigrants prompted President Dwight D. Eisenhower to appoint his longtime friends, John Cox and General Joseph Swing, as INS Commissioner. According to Attorney General Herbert Brownell Jr., Eisenhower had a sense of urgency about illegal immigration upon taking office. In a letter to Sen. J. William Fulbright, Eisenhower quoted a report in The New York Times that said, "The rise in illegal border-crossing by Mexican 'wetbacks' (rooted from the watery route taken by the Mexican immigrants across the Rio Grande) to a current rate of more than 1,000,000 cases a year has been accompanied by a curious relaxation in ethical standards extending all the way from the farmer-exploiters of this contraband labor to the highest levels of the Federal Government."
The operation was modeled after a program that came to be termed the Mexican Repatriation, which put pressure on citizens of Mexico to return home during the Great Depression, due to the economic crisis in the United States.
Operation Wetback in action:
The effort began in California and Arizona, and coordinated 1075 Border Patrol agents, along with state and local police agencies, to mount an aggressive crackdown. Tactics employed included going as far as systematic police sweeps of Mexican-American neighborhoods, and random stops and ID checks of "Mexican-looking" people in a region with many Native Americans and native Hispanics. In some cases, illegal immigrants were deported along with their American-born minor dependent children as is standard international practice. This occurred despite the fact the children were, by current legal interpretation of the 14th amendment, citizens of the United States. Some 750 agents targeted agricultural areas with a goal of 1000 apprehensions per day. By the end of July, over 50,000 immigrants were caught in the two states. An estimated 488,000 illegal immigrants are claimed to have left voluntarily, for fear of being apprehended. By September, 80,000 had been taken into custody in Texas, and the INS estimates that 500,000 to 700,000 had left Texas of their accord. To discourage illicit re-entry, buses and trains took many deportees deep within Mexican territory, prior to releasing them. Tens of thousands more were deported by two chartered ships, the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The ships ferried them from Port Isabel, Texas, to Veracruz, Mexico, more than 500 miles (800 kilometers) to the south. Some were taken as far as 1,000 miles. Deportation by sea was ended after seven deportees jumped overboard from the Mercurio and drowned, provoking a mutiny which led to a public outcry in Mexico.
It is obvious that the problem of illegal immigration has been one that our Nation has been pressed to address for some time. The part I found most interesting was the data regarding the estimated hundreds of thousands of illegals that voluntarily left the country for fear of being discovered by the Federal authorities. Guess there was a time when punishment was a deterrent.
It is clear that the problem since then has grown exponentially, mostly due to the complete inefficiency of the government to secure the border. or maybe it was not inefficiency, but just a way for the politicians to obtain political gain. And the hell with the law.

Burgeoning numbers of illegal Mexican immigrants prompted President Dwight D. Eisenhower to appoint his longtime friends, John Cox and General Joseph Swing, as INS Commissioner. According to Attorney General Herbert Brownell Jr., Eisenhower had a sense of urgency about illegal immigration upon taking office. In a letter to Sen. J. William Fulbright, Eisenhower quoted a report in The New York Times that said, "The rise in illegal border-crossing by Mexican 'wetbacks' (rooted from the watery route taken by the Mexican immigrants across the Rio Grande) to a current rate of more than 1,000,000 cases a year has been accompanied by a curious relaxation in ethical standards extending all the way from the farmer-exploiters of this contraband labor to the highest levels of the Federal Government."
The operation was modeled after a program that came to be termed the Mexican Repatriation, which put pressure on citizens of Mexico to return home during the Great Depression, due to the economic crisis in the United States.
Operation Wetback in action:
The effort began in California and Arizona, and coordinated 1075 Border Patrol agents, along with state and local police agencies, to mount an aggressive crackdown. Tactics employed included going as far as systematic police sweeps of Mexican-American neighborhoods, and random stops and ID checks of "Mexican-looking" people in a region with many Native Americans and native Hispanics. In some cases, illegal immigrants were deported along with their American-born minor dependent children as is standard international practice. This occurred despite the fact the children were, by current legal interpretation of the 14th amendment, citizens of the United States. Some 750 agents targeted agricultural areas with a goal of 1000 apprehensions per day. By the end of July, over 50,000 immigrants were caught in the two states. An estimated 488,000 illegal immigrants are claimed to have left voluntarily, for fear of being apprehended. By September, 80,000 had been taken into custody in Texas, and the INS estimates that 500,000 to 700,000 had left Texas of their accord. To discourage illicit re-entry, buses and trains took many deportees deep within Mexican territory, prior to releasing them. Tens of thousands more were deported by two chartered ships, the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The ships ferried them from Port Isabel, Texas, to Veracruz, Mexico, more than 500 miles (800 kilometers) to the south. Some were taken as far as 1,000 miles. Deportation by sea was ended after seven deportees jumped overboard from the Mercurio and drowned, provoking a mutiny which led to a public outcry in Mexico.
It is obvious that the problem of illegal immigration has been one that our Nation has been pressed to address for some time. The part I found most interesting was the data regarding the estimated hundreds of thousands of illegals that voluntarily left the country for fear of being discovered by the Federal authorities. Guess there was a time when punishment was a deterrent.
It is clear that the problem since then has grown exponentially, mostly due to the complete inefficiency of the government to secure the border. or maybe it was not inefficiency, but just a way for the politicians to obtain political gain. And the hell with the law.

To Californians

In couple of weeks, June 8th, we in California will go to the polls in our state primaries. Many local politics are on the ballot, but surely the most important race is for the replacement of Barbara "dim light" Boxer in the US Senate.
The contenders in the Republican Primaries are Carly Fiorina, Tom Campbell and Chuck DeVore.
What I am asking is that we take a close look at the candidates and make a Conservative choice. My choice is Chuck DeVore.
Of the three, Mr. DeVore supports Arizona SB1070, which is a law that California need desperately.
DeVore opposed the Wall Street Bailout.
DeVore opposes Cap & Trade.
And these are just few of the issues.
Of these three candidates, Tom Campbell is a veteran politician, which in itself is a quality that excludes me from his fan club.
Carly Fiorina is new on the political scene, but California does not need to send to Washington a senator the like of Susan Collins or Olympia Snowe. There are enough RINOs in D.C. already. Chuck DeVore is a Conservative, as the endorsement of Sen. Jim DeMint, Rep. Tom McClintock attest to.
Remember that McClintock was the only vocal Republican in Congress to actually come out on the floor of the House and express the outrage many Americans felt for Mexico's Calderon open insult to our Nation!
And the endorsement of the Conservative Constitutional expert and award winning author Mark Levin and of Conservative author and blogger Michelle Malkin are just an indication that the man is what California needs in the Senate.
Ultimately, I will cast my vote for anyone that runs against Boxer. I think it's time that California elevates the IQ level of at least one of our Senators (which in the case of Boxer could be electing a sea lion), plus there is a village in California that wants its idiot back.
So please take a look at Chuck DeVore and cast an educated vote.

OTM

If you don’t know what O.T.M. stands for, it is important that you take few minutes and watch this video report.

Now when the acronym O.T.M. is mentioned you know what the subject of the conversation is.
More importantly, video reports like the one just seen should have the effect of opening the eyes of the American people, especially those who like to jump on the pedestal of illegal immigration tolerance, throwing at us accusations of racism for pointing out the shortcomings of the self –destructive immigration policy our political leadership has been pursuing for many years now.
This policy of leniency, of which I also hold the Bush administration responsible for, had a way to demonstrate its failure over the span of many years now, culminating with the attacks of 9-11.
It is not a coincidence that several of the 19 terrorist of that infamous September day were in our country illegally. Sure they may have not come through the Mexican border, but their permanence on American soil was allowed to continue past the legal time, because of the lax immigration policies.
But that was just one reason.
The other, and one that is greatly more disturbing, is that the political powers in Washington have been courting, to the point of pandering, countries where anti-American sentiments have been fomented by their governments, supposedly our allies.
One of these countries, and possibly the worst offender of the whole lot, is Saudi Arabia.
As we all know, many of the 19 hijackers of 9-11 were Saudis, and it is well known, in the intelligence circles, that prominent figures of the Saudi royal family are followers of Wahhabism.
I am not going to expand on Wahhabism, but whoever is interested in some of its history, can check this link.

The part I find relevant to the discussion is this portion, as preached by the founder of this Islamic current Muhammad ibn Abd al Wahhab:
His instructions in the matter of extending his religious teaching by force were strict. All unbelievers (i.e. Moslems who did not accept his teaching, as well as Christians, &c.) were to be put to death. Immediate entrance into Paradise was promised to his soldiers who fell in battle, and it is said that each soldier was provided with a written order from Ibn 'Abd ul-Wahhab to the gate-keeper of heaven to admit him forthwith.
What needs to be understood is the process that the radicalized Islam has been engaged in.
The infiltration of our social structure for the slow erosion of the very principles America was founded on and upon which the entire history of the country has been based on.
The process being pursued is based on the utilization of the very principles Wahhabism and Shariah law are intending to destroy, the principles outlined by the US Constitution.
The Saudi monarchy has been able to institute organizations within our borders that have been openly linked to terrorist activities, like the Islamic Saudi Academy in Virginia.
This is practically a center where students are instructed in the ways of radical Islam via text books and, mostly, indoctrination.
The academy’s 1999 valedictorian was one Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, who in 2005 was convicted of being a member of a Saudi cell of al Qaeda and a participant in a plot to assassinate President Bush. Good Ahmed was arrested by Saudi authorities during a raid conducted against the al Qaeda cell.
Of course the media and the politicians have heralded such actions as a welcomed assistance on the part of the Saudis in counterterrorism efforts, but, in reality, these actions are strictly conducted to safeguard the monarchy from being toppled by even greater fundamentalist current of Islam.
The main point remains that the Saudi government is continuing its relentless march toward the Islamization of America. Such effort is so vast that it requires an enormous financial backing, which is exactly what the Saudis can provide, thanks to the immense wealth they have acquired through the energy policies of the West.
Millions of dollars have been invested by the Saudis to insure that the major institutions in America would be infiltrated, especially at the political level.
Organizations like CAIR (Council of American/Islamic Relations) has played a major role in the plan of the Saudis in exchange for generous donations from Ryhad. And via CAIR, the pockets of politicians like Rep. John Conyers and Rep. Gerry Connolly have been lined profusely, together with other upstanding elected officials like Nick Rahall, Jim Moran, Darrell Issa, Dennis Kucinich, Barbara Lee, John Dingell and Sheila Jackson-Lee, just to mention few.
But the Saudi financing is also needed for the foot soldiers. Keeping politicians like the ones mentioned above in power is essential for the continuation of the permissive current border policies. As seen in the video from WSBTV, the entry of OTM illegals in the country is going on at a good pace, and I am convinced that what was discovered and reported is only the tip of the iceberg.
Money is needed to prepare these OTM before they actually enter the US, by making sure that they are fluent in Spanish, and, somatically, some middle easterners can be easily confused for Hispanic males. The chaos on the southern side of the US/Mexico border is a perfect condition not only for the smuggling of drugs, but also for the smuggling of terrorists, and the inaction of the US government is all but facilitating the process.
And it is also my suspicion that radical Islam does not mind too much that the demand for drugs is so elevated in the US. Sometime invasions may not require the immediate use of guns.
The main issue in question is not the Arizona law, SB 1070, but the fact that the southern border needs to be protected. The implications of non-action are too dire to hope for anything else.
But as much as I am somewhat hopeful about the results of the Arizona enforcement of SB 1070, I still am of the opinion that the law should be used by the proponents of border security to address the border security issue relentlessly, because I do not believe that the law will be of any help, from the point of view of National security, in tracking the OTM illegals in the country.
The OTM illegals have a well placed infrastructure in America already. They are not the ones to abuse the system or emergency rooms and welfare. They are not the ones who “do the jobs that Americans won’t do”. But they are the ones that at the opportune time will make their presence known.

Who Died And Made You King

Ok, things are getting a little out of control at DHS.
According to a FoxNews.com article, the assistant secretary of Homeland Security in charge of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), John Morton, has hinted during an interview that his agency may not necessarily process illegal immigrants apprehended in Arizona thanks to the latest anti illegal immigration bill passed by that state.
In Morton’s words “I don’t think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution”, which practically stated that Morton’s decision, and of Obama and Napolitano and Holder, will be the law of the land, even if the contrary is mandated by legally passed legislation and supported by the majority of the American people.
What really Morton is telling the American people is that someone has died and made him king, a stand that should be controversial and enraging for any real American, regardless of their position over the Arizona law.
Why is an appointed bureaucrat feel that he has the power to decide if a law passed in one of the states of the Union will be enforced or not? Or better yet, Mr. Morton, who the hell died and made you king?
It appears to me that the Obamadroids have completely lost their minds. They truly believe that they have been anointed to dictate their ideologies to the rest of the American people at a whim.
That was the same attitude that the king of England had regarding the 13 colonies, circa 1776, when he was most uninterested in the needs and opinions of the subjects across the pond. The result, as of right now, is part of the history of the United States.
Similar attitude is demonstrated today in Washington, where the members of the regime are increasingly bold in affirming their goals of completely disregard the will of the American people and the laws of our Nation. And the road they are embarking on could potentially be a dangerous one for the whole country.
What Morton is actually saying is that he is considering not enforce the laws regarding illegal immigration that are currently on the books.
As AZ Governor Jan Brewer correctly pointed out in an interview with Fox News Greta Van Susteren, the “controversial” law passed by the legislature has the same provisions that the federal law has.
To that effect, Alabama Sen. Jess Session puts it perfectly when, asked about Morton’s comments, stated that
"If he feels he cannot enforce the law, he shouldn't have the job. That makes him, in my view, not fulfilling the responsibilities of his office."
I understand that Sen. Session is unofficially bound by diplomatic protocol, but I, not being so, instead hold the opinion that he should be fired immediately for even hinting his intention to ignore the law.
But characters like Morton are in their positions because their radicalism made them stand up in the eye of the current American supreme being, Obama.
And, on the subject, this was the statement from the always dim witted Napolitano:
"ICE has the legal discretion to accept or not to accept persons delivered to it by non-federal personnel. It also has the discretion to deport or not to deport persons delivered to it by any government agents, even its own."
Which means that the new sub-king of DHS John Morton has the support of his boss and that they have found, or fabricated, a legal loophole that fits their agenda.
Meanwhile, as the public clamor grows telling the federal government that illegal immigration is an issue the American people are not willing to put up with any longer, and as certain cities are using the boycott weapon to reinforce their radical stand (i.e. San Francisco, Los Angeles and Austin), states like Texas, Rhode Island, Utah and Georgia are contemplating laws semi-identical to the Arizona one.
So far, according so some reports, there are about 17 states that are considering legislature of the kind.
And finally a positive trend from my state of California: Costa Mesa City Council just passed a declaration in which they define the city as a “Rule of Law” city, basically the opposite of a sanctuary city.
The Costa Mesa Mayor Allan Mansoor is no newcomer to wanting to enforce anti-illegal immigration measures, as he, in 2005, proposed that his Police officers would be trained to enforce existing immigration laws. Of course the ACLU filed a law suit against him and the city, but a jury just last December rejected the ACLU lawsuit.
There are local politicians still with common sense, but it is at the national level that changes have to be brought, and fast, because when you have clowns like Morton and Napolitano and Holder and Obama running the asylum, one never knows the extent of damage they can do.

And finally a positive trend from my state of California: Costa Mesa City Council just passed a declaration in which they define the city as a “Rule of Law” city, basically the opposite of a sanctuary city.
The Costa Mesa Mayor Allan Mansoor is no newcomer to wanting to enforce anti-illegal immigration measures, as he, in 2005, proposed that his Police officers would be trained to enforce existing immigration laws. Of course the ACLU filed a law suit against him and the city, but a jury just last December rejected the ACLU lawsuit.
There are local politicians still with common sense, but it is at the national level that changes have to be brought, and fast, because when you have clowns like Morton and Napolitano and Holder and Obama running the asylum, one never knows the extent of damage they can do.

After coming close to going ballistic over the behavior of the fool from Mexico City and the shameful members of Congress during Calderon's address yesterday, and after expressing my indignation to my Congressman (from whom I have not had any response), I was slightly encouraged by Congressman Tom McClintock (R-CA) remarks on the House floor later in the day on May 20.
Sure I would have preferred if the Republican side of the Congress would have just walk off at the first insinuation of impropriety on the part of the Mexican president, but these days i find myself clinging to as much as I can, besides my Bible and my guns.

My E-mail To US Rep. David Dreier (R-CA) My Congressman
Dear Mr. Dreier,
I wanted to express my deepest indignation toward the farce that took place in the Halls of Congress today.
Specifically, I would like to understand how a foreign leader is allowed to come to the American people Capitol and engage in verbal attacks against legislation that legally and duly elected officials of one of the states of the Union legally passed. And if that was not bad enough, the indecency of seeing the Liberals applaud the clown was a despicable show of deep anti-Americanism that is pervading what should be the Congress of the American people.
And nobody on the Republican side had anything to say about it, all cowering afraid of accusations of racism.
And nobody had the courage to say anything when Calderon attacked our Constitutional right to bear arms by placing the blame for the chaos that is strangling Mexico on our country, knowing very well that the weapons used by the Mexican Cartel are not coming from the US, but from Russia and North Korea and China and Venezuela. And you know that.
As a US citizen, father of a son serving this country in the United States Marine Corps and as a taxpayer, I am totally ashamed of the indecent, despicable behavior displayed by the so called leadership in Congress.
And please do not tell me about protocol and expected diplomatic behavior, because it is America and its survival I am talking about and Calderon did not seem to have any problem deviating from protocol.
My only question is this: is anyone in Washington going to stand up for our National interest, security and sovereignty any more?

Epitome Of Indecency

In one single word: Congress!
Yes, the essence of human indecency is the United States Congress, with major emphasis placed on the party in power.
As predicted, the puppet from Mexico City was utilized by a despicable Obama to further the US president agenda of destruction of America, and, in his address to the joint session of Congress, Calderon delivered.
Never before in the history of our Nation, a foreign leader was allowed to address the legislative body of the United States of America and criticize the lawful action taken by a lawfully elected representatives of the American people.
Calderon was allowed to do just so, by disparaging the law that the Arizona legislative and Governor passed addressing the plague of illegal immigration.
The accusations leveled by the Mexican president at Arizona, were none other than the regurgitation of the accusations made by countless morons from the Democratic Party, but with a Mexican accent.
But the allowance granted to Calderon was not enough, as the level of indecency reached revolution-inspiring levels when the Liberals in the chamber stood up and applauded the outrageous accusations that Calderon had the balls to make.
I had no great hope to see any patriotic display on the part of the Republicans sitting in that room, as they have been, with only few exceptions, castrated by the will of a majority made up of elitist traitors.
Where was the mass walk out on the part of the Republicans? Nobody had the courage to stand up for our country and stand up to tell this foreign idiot not to dare criticize our country in our home? I guess they are all afraid to be accused of been anti-Mexican bigots.
And the frustration among the American people is growing to a level that I have never seen in the last 30 years, as we have to witness a man, Calderon, who has no control over his own country’s security; a man whose military and police is abandoning its role in droves to avoid being killed by the drug cartel goons; a man whose economic policy is based on shipping as many undesirable Mexicans north so not to be responsible for their welfare, tell the government of United States that they MUST pass immigration reform that would legitimize the millions of illegals currently in America.
Not to mention the hypocrisy of this moron. In an interview with Wolf Blitzer on CNN, at one point Calderon was asked about the Arizona law and the right of Americans to want the border protected, and basically Calderon responded that enforcing any resolution to that effect would be racist, but when describing Mexico’s immigration policies, he clearly and matter-of-factly responded that if illegals in the south are found without papers they are sent back, as in deported.
Such display of hypocritical duplicity, I thought, was just property of the Liberal Progressives in the Democrat Party, but I guess the movement has been exported to Mexico City too.
And Calderon also felt secure and encouraged enough to take a swipe at our own Constitution, as he placed all the blame for the atrocious violence that his country is experiencing, at the feet of America and especially of the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution.
The Mexican prick had the courage to call for the assault weapons ban to be reinstituted, in clear violation of the rights of the American people.
And again the liberal pricks stood up and applauded, as if sitting on bunch of tasers all wired to Nancy Pelosi’s switch.
And again the Republicans sat there and allowed this to take place.
The epitome of indecency is the political leadership in Washington, and it is about time that the American people take a stand.
Someone has to stand up for America, and it looks like the American people are the only ones willing to do so.

Just A Matter Of Time, And The Time Has Come

On March 26, the South Korean Navy ship Cheonan was ripped by a mysterious explosion that caused the ship to sink. 46 SK sailors were killed in the incident. Eventually the ship was raised from the bottom of the ocean and today the conclusion has been reached in the investigation: the sinking of the Cheonan was caused by a torpedo fired at the ship by, most likely, a North Korean submarine.
That was the conclusion, also strongly concurred to by the United States authorities.
It was just a matter of time that the NK regime would provoke the rest of the world into a confrontation, and the time has come.
South Korea is now banning all NK vessels in its waters and most likely will ban all commodities imports from NK, which will further increase the economic mysery of a country that has already been depleted of the basic elements of civilized life by a regime bent on the worst kind of power grab, all in the name of a false and disastrous ideology.
North Korea, meanwhile, is threatening an all out war against the South, justifying it by the mere fact that South Korea showed the world the evidences of the unprovoked attack, which makes good sense only in the war-bent minds of the insane leadership of Pyongyang.
It will be interesting to see the reaction of the US government, who maintains to be a strong ally and supporter of the South Korean nation.
The preliminary news say that the Obama administration wants to respond strongly, but not strongly enough to provoke the north into some disastrous reaction, due to the potential possession of nuclear weapons on the part of Kim Jon Il.
This comes to show, again, that appeasement does not pay when those being appeased are complete lunatics like the leadership in Pyongyang. Just as we can bet on appeasement failing in dealing with the nutcases in Teheran.

A Bizarre America We Live In These Days

It is a bizarre country we are living in these days. How bizarre? When a foreign leader has the freedom of attacking the decision of a sovereign State of the Union from the front lawn of the White House, we are definitely living in bizarre times and place.
Mexican president Calderon just attacked the Arizona SB 1070 while standing next to our fearless leader Obama at the White House.
Sure, his remarks were more subdued than the ones he had made couple of weeks back, but yet he felt the freedom to accuse the Arizona attempt at curbing the scourge of illegal immigration of discrimination.
This coming from the president of a country that treats the illegal immigrants from Guatemala with discriminating harshness.
Obama, to his credit, did mention something about the right of the United States to safeguard its borders, adding the always present “but” in his plea for Republican support of his amnesty reform.
But that was another bizarre moment, as just few minutes earlier Obama had greeted the Presidente by stating that the US and Mexico are not defined by borders.
So which is it? Do we have the right to expect the federal government to abide by its duty to protect our borders or not?
It’s very hard to get a straight answer these days.
In related story, the utility commission in Arizona has communicated with the Los Angeles City Council that in view of the boycott against Arizona voted in by the city’s leaders, Arizona is reviewing the contract that allows Los Angeles to receive 25% of their electrical power from their neighbours to the east.
Of course this approach did not sit well with Antonio Villaraigosa, mayor of the city of Angels, who issued a response via the mayor’s office stating that the mayor stands strongly behind the actions of the city council and that he is not going to respond to the threats from the state that has isolated itself from the rest of America.
Villaraigosa made his statement through his office because he is today in Washington meeting with his presidente Calderon.
It is obvious that VillalaRaza is of the belief that it is perfectly fine for the LA City Council to terminate all contracts with the state of Arizona, but it is outrageous that there would be any retaliation on the part of the state of Arizona. Bizarre!
And someone should update good Antonio that actually the America that loves freedom, liberty and civil rights also love the rule of law and that such America is NOT isolating Arizona.

A Convenient Lie

It is the true mantra of a politician. Tell lies or embellish the truth, which is the same thing really, if the embellishment is designed to paint a picture other than the truth.
Dick Blumenthal has done both for a number of years now, by openly stating few times and hinting many more times that he had served with the Marine Corps in Vietnam.
The truth, for anyone that is still interested in this ancient form of communication, is that Dick (how appropriate) Blumenthal never set foot in Vietnam.
Sadly, Dick is blaming the “discovery” of his half truths by the NY Times (can’t blame the vast right wing conspiracy for this one) as an attack on his service with the Marine Corps Reserves.
How disingenuous of him, but he gets a pass on that because he is a politician and therefore incapable of moral standing.
The issue is not his service in the Marine Reserves, but the fact that he purposely and consciously implied for years that he was a Vietnam War Veteran.
Blumenthal blamed the “confusion” on his use of the word “in” where “during” should have. That’s all, folks. Nothing more to see there.
Not quite, Dick.
At the base of this controversy is not, as I mentioned, his service, but it is a definite insult to the millions of Veterans who did serve in Vietnam to fraudulently place oneself in their ranks.
The revolting treatment Vietnam Veterans received upon their return to the World in those days was just a continuation of their war, except for the possibility of being ambushed and killed. To this day, many of those Veterans carry the scars of the hell they went through, scars that are as much physical as they are emotional.
Placing oneself in the same category with these men, pretending to understand the living hell they endure in order to augment a political career is highly immoral and deserves to be vastly used against Blumenthal.
He is one of those politicians the caliber of John Kerry, who, after dumping on the American troops serving in Vietnam, suddenly made his few months in South East Asia the mantle of his political career.
Blumenthal was obviously on the same track, with the exception that he obviously does not have the spin machine behind him, as demonstrated by the NY Times article. Even other liberal media are sort of dropping him like a very hot potato.
What Dick does not realize is that regardless of the latest flag waving done by the liberal media for our Military due to the fact that Obama is Commander-in-Chief, said liberal media does not like and is not supportive of the Military. Especially Vietnam Veterans.
As a veteran politician, though, Dick had a press conference where he surrounded himself with men in USMC jackets. The power of illusion, or the illusion of power. You decide.
So instead of getting in front of the cameras and apologizing for the misleading he had perpetrated for years, ask the forgiveness of the real Vietnam Veterans and act like a man and disappear, he chose to impugn the Times article as an attack on his service.
But that is too much to ask of a politician.
If Dick Blumenthal did not have enough problems in his bid for the Connecticut Senate seat, he got another near-fatal blow yesterday when Chris Dodd came out in his defense.
Dodd made this statement:
Considering that Sen. Dodd is probably one of the most corrupted and despicable Senator in the whole body, having him come out in support is a devastating event. After all Blumenthal is running to replace Dodd who announced his retirement to avoid being creamed in November.
Fortunately, for Blumenthal, Obama has not come out in support of him. That would definitely be the proverbial “kiss of death”.

What The Hell Is Going On Here!

I apologize for the strength of the title, but things are really getting out of hand in the regime.
The statement is valid, though, when discussing the latest apology on the part of the State Dept., really meaning Obama, to the Chinese delegation on Human Rights.
Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner mentioned in a press conference following the meeting with the Chinese delegation, that the latest Arizona law against illegal immigration had been a topic of conversation during the discussions.
This is what Posner said:
“It was mentioned in the first session, and as a troubling trend in our society and an indication that we have to deal with issues of discrimination or potential discrimination, and that these are issues very much being debated in our own society,"
What is inconceivable to me is the fact that the Arizona law has absolutely nothing to do with the issue of human rights as defines in the context of the discussions with the Chinese.
While the AZ bill is addressing the invasion of our land on the part of millions of illegal foreigners who end up costing our nation in blood and treasure, the Commission on Human Rights in question is designed to deal with repressive actions that a government may be engaged in with its people.
Moreover, I do not believe that it is the place of an insignificant bureaucrat from State to comment on a lawful legislation instated by a sovereign state of the union.
And, most likely, Posner does not even have a clue of what the law says anyway, joining the ranks of those in the regime that have been trashing the bill, threatening legal action and called it unconstitutional when they had not even taken the time to read the thing.
Bet Obama has not read it, and he called it a “misguided” action.
Janet Napolitano has not read it, and she and her department are the ones in charge of securing the US borders.
Eric Holder has not read it, and he is the one hinting of the possibility of being unconstitutional.
Hillary Clinton has not read it, and yet she allows some two bit Obamadroid to make a statement of the kind to a delegation from a country like China.

Nice spin, P.J., except that the “dialogue” he claims Pozner was referring to is not a dialogue at all, because it is a verbal lynching of a Governor who had the courage to put the citizens of her state in front of the politically correct current.
And while trying to spin the Pozner’s statement, Crowley did not miss the opportunity to sound the Obama regime lines stating that the law in Arizona opens up the potential for racial profiling.
Asked by the host, Crowley admitted that he also had not read the law.

I apologize for the strength of the title, but things are really getting out of hand in the regime.
The statement is valid, though, when discussing the latest apology on the part of the State Dept., really meaning Obama, to the Chinese delegation on Human Rights.
Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner mentioned in a press conference following the meeting with the Chinese delegation, that the latest Arizona law against illegal immigration had been a topic of conversation during the discussions.
This is what Posner said:
“It was mentioned in the first session, and as a troubling trend in our society and an indication that we have to deal with issues of discrimination or potential discrimination, and that these are issues very much being debated in our own society,"
What is inconceivable to me is the fact that the Arizona law has absolutely nothing to do with the issue of human rights as defines in the context of the discussions with the Chinese.
While the AZ bill is addressing the invasion of our land on the part of millions of illegal foreigners who end up costing our nation in blood and treasure, the Commission on Human Rights in question is designed to deal with repressive actions that a government may be engaged in with its people.
Moreover, I do not believe that it is the place of an insignificant bureaucrat from State to comment on a lawful legislation instated by a sovereign state of the union.
And, most likely, Posner does not even have a clue of what the law says anyway, joining the ranks of those in the regime that have been trashing the bill, threatening legal action and called it unconstitutional when they had not even taken the time to read the thing.
Bet Obama has not read it, and he called it a “misguided” action.
Janet Napolitano has not read it, and she and her department are the ones in charge of securing the US borders.
Eric Holder has not read it, and he is the one hinting of the possibility of being unconstitutional.
Hillary Clinton has not read it, and yet she allows some two bit Obamadroid to make a statement of the kind to a delegation from a country like China.

A total of 18 American troops have lost their lives in Afghanistan and Iraq since May 1, until this morning when a suicide bomber in Kabul exploded 750 kg of explosive hidden in his car, targeting a NATO convoy.
The tally is heavy, with 6 NATO troops and 12 civilians killed. Of the 6 troops, 5 were Americans and the sixth’s nationality is yet unavailable.
So while the loss of the previous 18 went unnoticed by the national media, finally now the loss of 5 in one attack gains the headlines.
How irrelevant the national media has become? There is very little contribution that they have in the actual reporting of things that are of great importance for our Nation.
The leftist media is too busy trying to spin the disastrous Obama administration, increasingly playing the cheerleading part in the farce that our government has become.
And Fox News is too busy with Miss America to concern itself with our Military.
Of course the approaching Memorial Day weekend will give them the chance of some flag waving, but what is missing is the true dedication of the so called “information outlets” to really report on the sacrifices that our men and women are making in far away lands.

Update On The New Black Panthers Case

After more than a year of official requests for information, from some Republican lawmakers, on the legal standings used by AG Eric Holder to dismiss the cases against members of the New Black Panthers Party, Assistant AG Thomas Perez has finally come out in front of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to tell the commission that the charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
The whole thing goes back to the 2008 Presidential Elections, when Samir Shabazz, Jerry Jackson and Malik Zulu Shabazz were videotaped standing in front of a Philadelphia voting poll in paramilitary garbs. The Samir character was also brandishing a nightstick. All were doing their best to express their intimidation toward white voters.
Once charges had been brought against them, the defendants did not even bother to show up for the court hearings, either because of their contempt for the rules of the white man or, more likely, after receiving some sort of assurance from the goons at the DOJ that regardless of anything, their friends in the White House and the DOJ were going to make the whole thing go away.
Sure enough, soon after the case against them had been “won” by the feds by virtue of the defendants’ no-show, DOJ dismissed the charges without offering any explanation.
Here are some excerpts from Perez’s statement:
"Based on the totality of the evidence and the relevant legal precedent, the acting assistant attorney general made a judgment about how to proceed, choosing to seek an injunction against the only defendant who brought a weapon to the Philadelphia polling place on Election Day and to voluntarily dismiss the other three defendants,"
An injunction means something like “don’t do it again, ok?”
And also:
"We assure you that the department is committed to comprehensive and vigorous enforcement of both the civil and criminal provisions of federal law that prohibits voter intimidation. We continue to work with voters, communities and local law enforcement to ensure that every American can vote free from intimidation, coercion or threats."
Which really put at ease the mind of just about nobody.
So there we have it. Not even a video could derail the open cover-up and travesty of justice of Eric Holder/Obama current Department of Justice. I wonder if it would have been three hooded KKK goons in front of that voting poll and the same video, if the video would have been insufficient evidence.
But Perez is also making sure to add that the DOJ decision was exclusively based on legal grounds and not on political bias.
Just the fact that he came out with that defensive statement, incriminates him and his bosses of just that accusation.
But this is just an example of the way things are done in Chicago, the ways of good old Al Capone, via financial or political coercion.
That’s the hope and change that 52% of voters condemned the rest of us to live under. Hope you enjoy.
A final question: what would the DOJ position be if I went to vote armed just in the eventuality that some of these thugs would try to intimidate me?

Theater Of The Bizarre

As I have expressed many times before, I really have very limited use for the clowns of the Hollywood crowd. Almost everyone of them lives in the same make-believe world they perform their muse in, especially when it comes to socio-political issues.
The latest in the theater of the bizarre that is the Hollywood sewer, comes to the world from Woody “never-seen-an-adopted-child-did-not-want-to-do” Allen.
After his coming out of the decency closet few days back when he expressed his support for the fugitive child rapist Roman Polanski, Woody just stated in an interview with a Spanish newspaper, that it would be good if President Obama would become a dictator for few years so that he could get done the things that he wants to do without any pesky opposition.
Allen stated that he was pleased with the actions Obama had taken so far and that by becoming a dictator, even for just a short time, Obama could just remove the Republican Party ability to stop or hurt him.
No, I am not surprised by the lack of any morality on the part of Allen, I just find amusing that one who has made a living, and a good one at that, by using and abusing the right afforded to him by the US Constitution, would be so naïve in respect to the word “dictator”.
Maybe Woody believes that he would be a shoe-in for the Goebbels position in the Obama dictatorship, which would insulate him from the permanence of an Obama dictatorial takeover.
Surely Allen is aware that there are not too many historical cases, if any, where an autocratic rise to power was followed by a short period of totalitarianism and a return to democracy, without the necessary blood spilled.
I guess getting away with being a pedophile must give Woody the impression that he is exempted from any authority intrusion in his life. And that his self assumed elitism would make him immune from any kind of scrutiny. That only works in the make-believe theater of the bizarre called Hollywood.
If it was up to me, Mr. Allen would be sharing a 4’x6’ cell with his buddy Polanski until they are both dead.

This is just peachy. Here is another demonstration of how the clowns in power today are thinking, how they are so embedded in their absolute idiocy that they leave the American people, at least most of them I hope, thinking: what the…?
From the very mouth of the Hairy One (that’s what her name means in Italian, so don’t blame me) comes the invitation to Americans to just quit their jobs and pursue their dreams, because the Obamacare will insure they have medical coverage.

“We see it as an entrepreneurial bill, a bill that says to someone, if you want to be creative and be a musician or whatever, you can leave your work, focus on your talent, your skill, your passion, your aspirations because you will have health care.”
So there it is. We are even witnessing the perversion of the English language as we see Queen Shaggy use the term “entrepreneur” in the same sentence when referring to one of the clearest attempts to Socialism our Nation has ever seen.
But it makes sense, because just few days ago, the Shaggy One stated that it is more cost effective to take care of drug addicts in America than to seal the borders and stop drugs coming in.
So if little Johnny decides to quit the job that gives him medical coverage to become a drug dealer, he can do it because, thanks to Obama and Shaggy, it is really an enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit of the American people.
So let us all quit our jobs and go after the dreams we have, because the Government will take care of us, with the mandatory “help” from those morons among us who want to continue to be responsible for their lives.
Queen Shaggy is going to be re-elected in November, mostly due to the insanity of the people of her district, which I believe includes the nest of indecency called UC Berkeley (how indecent and insane, you may ask. Check Michelle Malkin’s post http://michellemalkin.com/2010/05/13/another-day-another-bizarre-uc-berkeley-tantrum/ and you’ll get a whiff), but what the rest of the Nation can do in November is to insure that the wicked witch of the west, Queen Shaggy, becomes as irrelevant in Congress as possible.
It would be a great day for America if next January the airwaves would be filled with the images of the new Speaker of the House wrestling the gavel out of her grubby hands.

And The Invasion Continues...

I just about had enough of the crying game New Yorkers are making of the fact they still are target for terrorism. It is obvious that the Big Apple has been, and continues to be, the place where Islamic radicals intend to create mayhem.
But at this point, I would expect the good people of New York to take to the streets their outrage against that buffoon of a Mayor and tell him that there will be NO mega-mosque at Ground Zero.
But the plans for the 13 story temple to Islam to be built just 600 feet from the where followers of the religion of peace flew two aircrafts full of innocent people into the World Trade Center, killing almost 3,000 more innocent people, continue undisturbed.
The NY mayor’s office issue statements stating, among other things, that
"It's private property, and the area is zoned for uses that include this one."
following last week green light to the project given by the Lower Manhattan Community Board.
And this is after the performance that mayor Bloomberg put on following the attempted bombing, when he advanced his intelligent theory that the perpetrator was probably some lone-wolf John Smith from Montana or other state like that, upset about Obamacare; and the same charlatan who, upon discovering that it was one Faisal Shahzad from Pakistan and with terror connections, came out strongly warning about any retaliation against Muslims or Pakistanis.
So what is the fascination of Bloomberg for Islam? Is it the money that comes from the Saudis? Is it the goats?
Gone are the days when Rudy Giuliani told the Saudi Prince where he could stuff his $10 million donation. There is a new sheriff in town and he takes cash, check or credit card!
The founder of the mosque project, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, contends that the project is designed to create a multi-faith community center, that the inquiries in the community have been encouraging and that it would be a place to show America the moderate side of Islam.
Rauf states:
“… the effort is meant to help heal the wounds of 9/11. We've approached the community because we want this to be an example of how we are cooperating with the members of the community, not only to provide services but also to build a new discourse on how Muslims and non-Muslims can cooperate together to push back against the voices of extremism…."
Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy counters:
"Even when they have the resources, they are using it for a place of worship, a cultural center for organizations, They are not using it to lead the war like Americans need to see us do and they are wasting our resources, not to mention that being close to the hallowed ground that is so sensitive in the souls of the families of 9/11. I think it is extremely poor judgment."
And that is just a huge understatement. It is not only an insult that these freaks masquerading as religious leaders are throwing at the victims of the attacks of 9-11, but it is a clear sign of victory on the part of the ideology that has snuffed thousands of lives for decades now, over the principles of freedom and decency that have been the basis of American exceptionalism.
As these radicals continue their march toward victory, as their invasion of our soil and culture spreads like wild fire, aided by a complacent and facilitating government and a population teetering between apathy and political correctness, the families of those killed by Islamic ideology continue to be victimized by the pervading lie of religious tolerance.
Next thing we will see will be the New Black Panthers intimidating people from visiting Ground Zero, only to be exonerated by the always accommodating Eric Holder.
Madeline Brooks of the NY Chapter of Act! For America, an organization founded by Brigitte Gabriel to combat the Islamization of America, says she has received hundreds of letters expressing outrage at the actions of the City of New York. This infuriates me to no end! There are approximately 5 million people in Manhattan, and she received “hundreds” of letters? She should have been buried in letters of protestation!
We should be witnessing thousands of people taking it to the streets and to Bloomberg’s office to tell him that the project will not happen, no matter how much the Saudi monarchy pays him.
In the name of the 3,000 people who perished that day in September and in the name of every single Military member lost in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, this project needs to be derailed. We would cringe at a building housing the new Hitler’s Youth being built across the street from the Museum of Tolerance.

For America, an organization founded by Brigitte Gabriel to combat the Islamization of America, says she has received hundreds of letters expressing outrage at the actions of the City of New York. This infuriates me to no end! There are approximately 5 million people in Manhattan, and she received “hundreds” of letters? She should have been buried in letters of protestation!
We should be witnessing thousands of people taking it to the streets and to Bloomberg’s office to tell him that the project will not happen, no matter how much the Saudi monarchy pays him.
In the name of the 3,000 people who perished that day in September and in the name of every single Military member lost in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, this project needs to be derailed. We would cringe at a building housing the new Hitler’s Youth being built across the street from the Museum of Tolerance.
To me there is no difference.

At It Again!

Well, my favorite Attorney General of all times is at it again!
Since the anti-illegal immigration law was passed and signed in Arizona, every charlatan in Washington has been pounding the issue of racism, profiling and all other seditious name calling possible.
The big O himself could not refrain from attacking the Arizona legislature and Governor for instituting a law that should have been passed by the federal government in the first place, many years ago.
Obama took the bull by the horns and quickly ordered the AG office to look into the possibility of the Arizona law being unconstitutional, as racial profiling was falsely declared to be part of the law. And dutifully, Eric Holder continued the public attacks against the people of the state of Arizona, in accordance to the orders of the master puppeteer.
Holder went in front of House Judiciary Committee and, when questioned about the situation of the investigation into the Arizona law, he had this brilliant answer:
“I’ve just expressed concerns on the basis of what I’ve heard about the law. But I’m not in a position to say at this point, not having read the law, not having had the chance to interact with people are doing the review, exactly what my position is,”
Which means that even though the AG, this brilliant man in charge of the Department of Justice, has been expressing negative judgment on a piece of legislation, he has not even taken the time to read it. How pathetic is that!
Obama wants that amnesty to take place, and the debacle initially caused by the bill gave him the opportunity to utilize yet another good crisis to his own advantage, as the problem of illegal immigration and the issue of immigration reform took center stage again in the wake of voices of protestation that elevated from illegal aliens advocates, the merchant of slavery Al Sharpton and some religious organizations.
The calls for financial boycott of Arizona could be heard from coast to coast, starting from the usual suspects in that liberal sewer that is San Francisco and ending just couple of days ago, with the Los Angeles City Council issuing a boycott against the neighbor to the east.
But the Obama plan has taken an unexpected turn as it turns out that over 70% of the people in Arizona support the bill; that the state governor’s approval rating shot up by 16 percentage points after she signed the bill into law; and that a national poll indicates that the majority of the people across the country are in support of securing the border and curb illegal immigration, which is what ultimately this law is designed to do.
And to find out that the man in charge of scrutinizing the law in order to “safeguard” its constitutionality, the man who has been trashing a law that is supported by the people of that state, has not even read the piece of legislature, is, or I should say should be, highly embarrassing for the clowns involved.
But Holder is a good soldier of the revolution, and he will fall on the sword for Obama, even if Obama will, if necessary, push him on it.
One last observation. After the handling of the massacre in Ft. Hood, the Christmas Day attempted bombing over Detroit and the unsuccessful attack in Times Square, it remains a puzzling aspect of this President’s behavior that he was so quick to dispatch its DOJ watchdogs against the people of Arizona, against American citizens in search of a solution to a deadly problem they face on a daily base, but when it comes to radical Islamic terrorists the wheel of justice come to a grinding halt to insure that the “rights” of the terrorists are as safeguarded as possible.
In the terror cases mentioned above, as in the case of the Black Panthers in Philadelphia and the murder of the Army recruit in Kentucky, the administration and the DOJ have been excruciatingly slow and reluctant to share their information with Congress and the People, leaving every single common sense American asking why.

The Valor Of Restrain

It was thought out first by a British general, but now it is being considered by US officers in Afghanistan. And the Twilight Zone theme song rings anew in my head.
It appears that the Military is moving toward the creation of a decoration for restrain, basically a medal that a soldier would receive for NOT doing what he was trained and deployed to do: use force.
A US Air Force Lt. Col. is actually considering the proposal as possible, creating a storm or reactions on the part of anyone who is paying attention.
The fact is that the so-called pacifists will rejoice at the proposal, as from the comfort of their own obscurity, they can really idealize a policy that is decisively costing American lives.
These miscreants are completely oblivious of the reality of what our Military is going through in Afghanistan and Iraq. That is because their midget brains cannot begin to grasp the extents our forces have been going to insure the utmost level of safety for civilians.
Most of these pacifists are of the opinion that just wanting to wear a uniform, and therefore volunteering in the Military, means that these individuals are itching to inflict pain and death upon as many innocents as possible.
They are the same people who jump up and down when a police officer shoots and kills a suspect armed with a knife.
I remember few years back when an instance like this was reported. Some scumbag launched at the officers with a butcher knife. The cops dropped the scum.
One of the witnesses interviewed by the reporter was critical of the police reaction, stating that the officers are trained in martial arts so they should have been capable to disarm the man. Where is Bruce Lee when you need him!
Those who claim that “war is not the answer” also have absolutely no contribution to the solution. They can all put their stickers on their Volvos and Subarus, they can wear their peace sign jewelry and they can chant all day long, but when their utopian world is disturbed by some criminal intrusion, what is the first thing they do? That’s right, call the cops. And make sure they have their guns when they come to save your behind.
Same thing with the Military. When our Nation is in need, when our freedoms are being threatened, those against violence can still go to get their favorite coffee drink and their tofu lunch and sleep on their comfortable bed at night because out there are men and women who are dedicated to insure that those “necessities of life” are safeguarded.
Veterans' associations are completely opposed to the idea, and representing millions of Veterans, they definitely get my vote of confidence.
So the idea of a decoration for restrain is, in my opinion, counter indicative of the purpose of the Military. It would increase the confusion already created by ultra restrictive ROE and it would be a further signal to the enemy that the use of civilians would create the perfect conditions for inflicting casualties on our forces.
USAF Lt. Col. Sholtis, supporter of the British proposal, is adamant to state that the policy would not interfere with the troops’ right to self-defense if they deemed it necessary, which is already appalling to me that an officer should feel the need to even make such a statement.
What’s next? A recognition for the Infantry man for getting in touch with his feminine side?

So the unit has not been as successful as the regime was hoping.
What a surprise that something Obama came up with is not working.

Obama's One-Two Punch

It’s a classic one-two punch to the jaw of the American people.
As time passes, an increasing amount of information becomes known about the latest Supreme Court nominee Elena Kegan and more light is shed upon this obscure liberal.
And no, I am not talking about the silliness of her sexual orientation, which in reality makes absolutely no difference to me.
What I am referring to is an article Ms. Kegan wrote in 1996 for the University of Chicago Law review (incidentally, I find very peculiar that all the “president men” are from Chicago, but I digress). In this article Kegan expressed her belief that there are circumstances when the government has the right to restrict freedom of speech. Wow!
In the article, Kegan states that
…the negative impact of a law restricting freedom of speech is subservient to the government motive for enacting such restrictions…
which in reality means that if the government considers some form of speech to be inducing of restriction, the government has the right to do so and that the negative impact of such restriction is secondary to the reason. And the hell with the Constitution.
The point is not in regard to the anecdotal “yelling fire in a crowded theater”, but it extends to all forms of speech, because if there is, for example, a case of a participant to a TEA Party demonstration who takes it upon itself to inflict harm on someone of the opposite political conviction, than the Kegan’s doctrine says that it would be justified for the government to restrict the ability of the demonstrators to voice their dissent. And that would be just fine with Ms. Kegan.
Of course that would never happen, says the naïve, incredulous average American. Not in America. And yet, we have witnessed in the last few months just the opposite.
Either it was a nut case flying his plane into a federal building, or an Islamic terrorist trying to kill innocent people in Times Square, the administration, with the complacency of the whoring Media, were foaming at the mouth trying to find connections with the TEA Party.
And even when the reality of the opposite was shown, the negative connotations and the political pounding remains relentless against anyone who is speaking up against the regime.
So one can burn the American Flag, can march on American streets waving foreign flags, can call for a sitting President’s assassination and even write books about it, and this is all protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution.
But now Obama wants on the highest court of the land a woman who believes that if the government really wants to, it can violate the constitutional rights of the people, if it is convenient to do so. I wonder what Elena Kegan’s opinion would have been if George W. Bush would have jailed all those who called for his assassination.
So Ms. Kegan is punch number two, because punch number one was the Sotomayor nomination. Now the activist from Chicago has one Supreme Court Justice who is against the second Amendment and he will soon get one that is for the curtailing of the First.
And because the First Amendment is defended by the Second, the plan is taking shape just fine for the Thug-in-Chief.
Obviously the American people cannot hope for the Republican in Congress to do anything about it. They are too spineless to stand up to these indiscretions. And they are so ingrained in their elitism that they are refusing to hear the voice of the people, in the false belief that just by having an “R” behind their names will allow them to ride the possible anti-Democrat wave in November.
Personally, I will remember who were the RINOs who voted for Sotomayor and who will vote for Ms. Kegan.
It is the slippery slope that the Socialist/Communist/Progressive agenda has been pursuing for many years now, slowly eroding the American principles in our social fiber by means of political correctness and now, thanks to the most favorable, if not instigating, environment in the White House and Congress, the enemies of America are going to be embedded in the Nation’s judicial system for the rest of their lives.

Another Case For The Crazies

And the crazy is me, in this case, because reading this just put me in an awful mood.
It appears that an Art teacher of a middle school from the Santa Rita School District, Salinas, California, had given an assignment to her students. One of the 13 year old student, drew the picture of an American flag and started writing the words “God Bless America” when the teacher stopped her and told her she could not draw that picture and that she was to start another project. The reason the teacher gave was that the student’s picture was “offensive”.
Right after her action, the teacher proceeded to laud the work of another student who had drawn a picture of Obama in red, white and blue colors.
The mother of the chastised student, obviously not too happy, brought the incident to the attention of the principal of the school who was apologetic and arranged for a meeting between the parents and the teacher.
At the meeting, the student’s father asked the teacher what was that she had deemed offensive in the daughter’s drawing and the teacher would not provide any answer.
Supposedly, according to a statement from the school district, the incident has been resolved to the satisfaction of the parents of the child, with no further details given.
So what is the issue with Old Glory being seen as an offensive symbol these days? It appears to me that the number of incidents in which people with some authority or impact openly disrespect the American flag, or any of our traditional symbols, is on a disturbing upswing.
What would bring a teacher, as liberal or progressive or whatever else he/she may be, to have the audacity of calling anything related to a respectful display of the flag, offensive?
The answer, in my simple mind, is that the nutcases of the fringe left, who have been infiltrating the educational system at a college level and are increasingly showing up in ever lower grades, have been emboldened by the anti-American sentiments that are emanating from the very top of the Nation’s political spectrum.
An openly un-American gesture that just few years ago would have been rejected by the establishment, today is considered as the elitist expression of higher knowledge and education.
Love of country, patriotism and religious/spiritual beliefs are rejected and mocked by the Progressive controlling class.
And of course when the President uses pejoratives against the everyday American that dares to question his horrendous policies, it encourages even the most irrelevant minions, all the Obamadroids, to feel free to impose their political ideology in instances where they should keep them hidden.
I am not in the know about what the satisfactory resolution is between the school district and the parents, but I want to hope that it is the only course of action I would be satisfied with as a parent which is to see that teacher be part of the unemployment statistic.
Just as in the case of our dealings with radical Islamic terrorist, who only understand pure violence, the dealing with these kinds of “educators”, should be one that is amply and unequivocally understood: political, anti-American attempt at brainwashing students should be met with clear and immediate termination of employment. I would also advance the clear marking of the person’s record with the true reason for termination, so that hopefully that person would be forced to seek another line of work.

Sure, the video is from 2007, but the “gentleman’, Ron Gochez, is still a teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District, in an department called “Public Services and Social Justice”.
Gochez is just one more example of the radical nutcases that are today poisoning the minds of our children, creating the perfect mind set for the type of civil unrest seen on May 5th.

I am not in the know about what the satisfactory resolution is between the school district and the parents, but I want to hope that it is the only course of action I would be satisfied with as a parent which is to see that teacher be part of the unemployment statistic.
Just as in the case of our dealings with radical Islamic terrorist, who only understand pure violence, the dealing with these kinds of “educators”, should be one that is amply and unequivocally understood: political, anti-American attempt at brainwashing students should be met with clear and immediate termination of employment. I would also advance the clear marking of the person’s record with the true reason for termination, so that hopefully that person would be forced to seek another line of work.

Sure, the video is from 2007, but the “gentleman’, Ron Gochez, is still a teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District, in an department called “Public Services and Social Justice”.
Gochez is just one more example of the radical nutcases that are today poisoning the minds of our children, creating the perfect mind set for the type of civil unrest seen on May 5th.
We are in a fight and we do not want to admit it yet.

NPT In The Middle East

The NPT (Non Proliferation Treaty) conference is taking place at the United Nation from May 3rd to May 28, in order to analyze and generate support for a 1995 NPT resolution that, on the surface, was designed to make the Middle East a Nuke-free zone to make the area the sixth such zone together with Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the South Pacific and Latin America.
The attempt to rid the Middle East of nuclear weapons is old and, in reality, pointless, as everyone realizes that the effort is not going to go anywhere as long as a sustainable and concrete peace process will be achieved between Israel and the Arab countries.
The whole thing is a deliberate push on the part of the enemies of the state of Israel to push for its disarmament. Israel has, for years, never admitted its nuclear weapons programs and capabilities, keeping its enemies guessing about it, a clear move in support of a policy of deterrence against any further attack.
Israel, together with Pakistan, India and North Korea, has refused to be a signatory entity to the NPT, excluding itself from international inspections.
But in these days of obvious chilling of relations between the US leadership and Israel, the declared support of the State Department, meaning Obama, for a renewed push of the NPT is just the sign of the times.
The other four members of the UN Permanent Security Council, Russia, China, Britain and France, are all in support of the resolution to rid the Middle East of its nukes, and the encouraging opening of the US, is giving the resolution sort of a new life.
But what is the real purpose of this effort? Clearly, it is the desire of some of the UNPSC to see that Israel comes to sign on to the NPT and ultimately be forced to disclose its nuclear program, be forced to accept inspections from the IAEA and eventually be forced to rid itself of its nuclear arsenal.
And while this is the scope, the UN is completely helpless and unwilling to force Iran to give up its seeking of nuclear weapons.
And it is always gratifying to see the hypocrisy of nations like Russia and China, who on one side push for Israel to subject itself to the NPT, while continuing their technical support for Teheran’s nuke programs.
These two countries have expressed their intentions to possibly support UN resolutions against Iran that the US is pushing for, and we know why.
The Obama administration has removed some of the teeth out of the resolution by exempting companies, mostly in Russia and China, from having to subject themselves to the restrictions of the resolution, meaning that those companies will still be able to conduct business with Iran with impunity.
How is that for a window over the current international conditions?
While all this talk of NPT takes place, Iran continues its march toward obtaining its nuclear weapons.
Ahmadinejad continues its ranting against Israel, being allowed to come on American soil and speak at the United Nations. Not to mention being interviewed by the American media. And his message is always one to be appreciated.
During a television interview with ABC Good Morning America, Ahmadinejad stated that Iran will “definitely” continue its nuclear program and that he is not concerned about a possible Israeli strike against his facilities boasting
The sole purpose of this whole effort on the part of the United Nation is aimed at one goal: disarming Israel! And the American people must come to understand that. In the past Israel has been in the position to count on the support of the United States in its quest for survival.
Today, though, the traditional anti-Semitism always displyed by the United Nation finds a new ally in its quest, one the Israeli people probably never contemplated: President Obama.
