New Attacks On Christianity

The National Day of Prayer this year will be a definite different affair, thanks to the environment of anti-Christianity that has taken over the country at the federal level.

The May 6th event has seen preacher Franklin Graham being un-invited by the officials at the Pentagon after formal complaints were filed by the Military Religion Freedom Foundation and Muslim military personnel.
In my humble opinion, if the DoD would have just not extended the invitation to Franklin Graham because of the trend of appeasement toward Muslims currently ongoing, the action would have been bad enough, especially considering that the Graham’s family has been a spiritual presence for several Presidents in the past few decades.
But the fact that the invitation had been made and that, because of the protestations, it was withdrawn goes to show that the brass walking the inner circles of the Pentagon is effectively spineless.
Franklin Graham is not the only Christian to be banned from speaking at the Pentagon. Included in the dis-invitation were the National Day of Prayer Task Force, headed by Shirley Dobson, and Tony Perkins, a Veteran who is a prominent figure in the Family Research Council organization.
The Pentagon actions were dubious enough to prompt Rep. Kingston of Georgia, a Republican, to call for congressional hearing regarding the ban.

It appears to me that the Muslim lobbying in Washington, these days, recognizes that the grounds are much more fertile for their seditious seeds than they have ever been in the past. Which leaves me with the obvious question: why is it so?

Not happy with the victory the politically correct Department of Defense had handed them, Muslims are now demanding that Mr. Graham, son of the much revered Billy Graham, should be banned from participating in the National Day of Prayer celebrations on Capitol Hill.
Executor of the demand is the ever present, ever disgusting Council for American/Islamic Relations (CAIR), which has labeled Franklin Graham as a “religious intolerant” for referring to Islam as a “very wicked and evil religion”.

In an interview with AOL News (?) a representative of CAIR, Corey Saylor, had this to say, among other things:

“Speakers such as Franklin Graham reflect a message of religious
intolerance, rather than the more American message of differing faiths united in
sharing support of our nation’s founding principles,”

I still find it amazing that these buffoons from CAIR are allowed to spew their venom via so called news organizations, considering the fact that they have been involved in the legal defense of pro-terrorist radicals who have been found culpable of aiming at turning the United States into a Muslim country. I find it disgustingly amusing that these characters at CAIR have the arrogance of even remotely mentioning “…support of our nation’s founding principles” when the very core of their mission is to trample on those same principles.

What really transpires in this whole thing is that the upper echelons of our Military establishment have been practically castrated by the pro-Muslim, politically correct crowd in the current administration and have no sense of duty left for the oath they took, as they bend over and surrender to forces that are openly attacking the Constitutional rights of Americans.

But many in America will just ignore this by just chucking it up to just one little defeat, not too significant in the grand scheme of things. And that is exactly what the strategic approach has been on the part of our enemies: one small defeat at the time until the war is won.
