Another Failure For Obama And Holder?

By Semperpapa

After seven days of deliberation, a civilian jury found Ahmed Ghailani not guilty on more than 280 charges in his participation in the bombing of the US Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.

The judge in the case had earlier prohibited the prosecution from bringing a witness to testify because the name of the witness had been obtained during “harsh” interrogations conducted on Ghailani by the CIA.

The defense had portrayed Ghailani as a misguided child who had been a victim of al Qaeda and of the CIA who framed him with tainted evidences.

This is just another defeat for Obama and Holder in their efforts to bring terrorists in civilian courts for trial.

AG Holder has repeatedly stated that civilian courts are more than apt to win convictions against terrorists, but it sure looks like Holder’s assertion fell short in this case.

Apologists for Obama and his goons may call this a defeat for Obama and his attempt to greater fairness toward our enemies, but is it really?

It has been my conviction for a while that there is a pervading push, on the part of the administration, to do whatever necessary to avoid just punishment for Muslim terrorists.

My thoughts and prayers go to the families of those who were murdered in the bombings of the Embassies as they are the latest victims of the criminal behavior of American leadership.

There is one hopeful silver lining. Even if the regime led Media is purposely scantly covering this travesty, enough people will know the turn of events and a public uproar will occur when the corrupted Holder will try to bring Khalid Sheik Mohamed’s trial to New York.

One can only hope these days.

Just my thoughts!
