Judicial Decision Favors Shariah Law

Well, it did not take long to record the first pro-Shariah law judge in America.
On November 5th, I wrote an article about a law suit that CAIR was planning to bring against the people of Oklahoma.
Sure enough, the pro-Islamic terrorist organization did just that and found the usual activist radical judge to agree with them.
US District Court Judge Vicki Miles-LeGrange, has placed a block on State Proposition 755 that has been passed by the people of Oklahoma with a 70% support.
The proposition, which was voted on November 2nd, stated that Shariah law, the barbaric Islamic judicial guidelines, could not be used in any way or mean in the adjudication of legal cases.

A law suit was filed last Thursday by CAIR for violation of civil rights. Muneer Awad, representative for CAIR stated that the judge decision was a victory for our Nation and its adherence to the US Constitution.

Proponents for the proposition were unhappy about the actions of the State Attorney General Drew Edmondson, who failed to respond to the law suit, allowing the judge to issue the block on the law.

Just as I have written copiously in the past, CAIR and its unperturbed and undeterred pursuit of the Islamization of America, has scored another victory against the American people.
Thanks to CAIR’s use of the same guidelines they are fighting to destroy, the US Constitution, and the misguided help of radical activist judges, they are scoring inroads in our judicial system.

Shariah law and all its barbaric commandments is the law that most Muslim consider to be superseding the laws of the country of residence. In England, the out of control radical Muslim population and the ever corrupting diligence to political correctness, have created the conditions necessary for 58 Shariah courts to be active across that country.

In Oklahoma, the will of the people is clear, but once again judicial activism rules the day. The block on the part of the Clinton appointee LeGrange will remain in place until she hears the arguments on Nov. 22.

It will be interesting to see what the outcome of the law suit will be, because it will create a precedent either way. It will firmly tell the enemies of America that the people are rejecting the uncivilized guidelines of a barbaric law on our soil, or it will tell the American people that besides the enemy we already know, we are faced with an enemy-within in the form of radical activist judiciary.
